After paying $2,000 for a bike and paying $45.00 per month for about ten years (about $5,000), Peloton tells me my bike will be useless unless I pay for a new monitor. The monitor is not broken, they simply updated their software and left their long standing customers in the dust. Peloton's accounting department has no grasp of the value of a customer. Went there to buy a bike. After an hour and a half of trying to purchase. It was finally completed. Checked my bank account to find out the store charged me for the bike ten times to a total of almost 18,000!!! Went back to the store after they took that huge amount of money out of my account and the clerk did NOT even apologize. All she said was she had NO way of knowing. So if they have no way of knowing this then they should NOT be in business!!!!! BE AWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN CARE HE NEVER APOLOGIZED. The only person with any compassion was the assistant manager that sat with me for 2 hours to try to fix the problem. Let me start by saying I love the bike. I geek out on the numbers. I love the program options. I love connecting my apple watch. I love the zone workouts. The coaches are fantastic. I'm becoming more fit, and I'm enjoying it. I really can't say enough about the Peloton. With that said... The Peloton streaming service itself is not as robust as other streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. (In other words, don't believe the "If you can watch Netflix at home, then your network can support a Peloton" line. I've been dealing with buffering issues on my workouts ever since I purchased the bike. At first, I thought the bike itself was the culprit. I worked with Peloton support, (which was fantastic), and they replaced the entire screen. (The screen is like a giant Android tablet). I still had the issue. I then focused on my wifi network. After weeks of troubleshooting that, I completely replaced it with a different mesh wifi network, and I still had the issue. I then purchased a new motorola cable modem and replaced the Arris cable modem I was leasing from Suddenlink. That fixed the issue. My theory is that the Arris cable modem had some sort of minor defect and was dropping packets occasionally. I never had an issue with streaming videos from Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime because they are designed to handle less than ideal networks well. It was wrecking havoc on Peloton, though. If you do a google search, you'll see quite a few people struggling with the same issue I had. I suspect that each has a different issue somewhere in their network that they'll have to zero in on. The moral of the story is that if you have any sort of flaw in your ISP or network in your home, Peloton will expose it. Be prepared to troubleshoot. But it's worth it. read more

Way over due review, but a HUGE shoutout to all of the employees at this location and the delivery team. Specifically, Phil, Jamaal and Keenan who delivered our new tread. They were all amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me with the delivery set up, even helping me move some items when I didn't have enough space prepared for the machine. They walked me through all of the steps for set-up with the app, on my phone, how to connect to the t.v. And how to use each part of the machine itself. Purchased a bike, and was told I was getting the full package with head phones like what was demonstrated in the store. When paid receipt was emailed with total order the head phone were switched out with ear buds. Called and asked to speak with Kim who put the package together for me, and she was no where to be found. Emailed her over three times, with no response back. This store has horrible customer service. When a customer is spending over $3,500.00 on a stationary bike, you would expect better customer service. I even wrote a letter to the corporate office in California and sent it FedEX overnight. Corperate never even responded to my issue. I then canceled my order and received a full refund. Don't waste your time with these people, all they care about is sales! Once it's done, you won't hear back. I would hate to see what it's like when you have a issue if the bike breaks down!!!! read more
