I'm totally out of balance and lack strength on the right side. PT was a nightmare for me too. I went to 2 different PT places and both hurt me and I ended up back in a wheelchair. I am trying different exercise modalities to find something I can do. This isn't it. I realize I'm not the norm most people will be able to do Pure Barre. I need a much more gentle program that doesn't hurt. The music volume should be turned done. It takes away from what the instructor is saying. The instructors voice should be dominant not the music!

Well these guys just lost their benefit and doubt is all I have unfortunately. I signed up for a family plan with the gym as they had a promotion and I could get my wife on the same gym plan. Well lone behold these guys set us up but somehow ended up creating 2 separate accounts for my wife and I which was the mistake from the start. They seem nice and helpful when you are signing up but have no follow thru or common courtesy to those who have an account issue or are choosing to cancel their membership like I chose to. For the record my choice to cancel was not based on their lack of service or their gym. To be honest the gyms are very nice. I just couldn't work out anymore due to medical issues. I even had my membership paying automatically for about 4 months without going to the gym so they got some free money out it which I don't ask for back. I called this week to speak to someone and got their customer service line which is someone who not technically at the gym. Sounded like a call center overseas. They could not help me but instead recommended that I contact the gym directly. My response was that I dialed the number for the local gym and got the overseas person on the line ‍ So I had to call back and go thru the prompts all over again after having been on hold for over 10 minutes just to talk to someone. When I called back to try and get someone at the gym location directly, I was on hold for 20 minutes. I had to wait because this is important and I had a written cancellation and acknowledgement of my cancellation request which was from May 2026. Well here we are in September on 2026 and guess what? My card has been getting the auto debit every month since then still. Their "manager" Richard finally came onto the line and explained to me that for some reason the system set up my membership but put my wife separately so they claim that she needed to cancel her membership. I didn't understand this as I was the one who set up the membership and did not ask for it to be separate. I hate to assume things but I do feel like this is a shady move to make it difficult to cancel the membership. Gyms already have a bad stigma for that same thing, people claim it is hard to cancel. The manager acknowledged that there was some sort of an error and had said that he was going to be leaving work soon and needed a few days to work on a case for refunds on the months where I shouldn't have been charged since I had cancelled back in May. He promised me he would call me back Thursday, mind you it was Monday when I spoke to him originally so he had a whole 4 days to work on this and keep his word to call me back. Well here it Friday and I had no call. I called again and got a young lady on the phone and when I asked for Richard and told her my situation, she stated he was going to be leaving work and asked if he can call me back tomorrow. At this point I am fed up with them and will most likely have to go in person to downtown, mind you I live by the Air Force Base and we are an Air Force family at that who now have to drive all the way down there because they do not have the common courtesy to follow thru with what they promise. BUYERS BEWARE!! Another typical gym bash but I think you can see that my case is not uncommon but what they don't know is that I do that all the call recordings from my conversations and am prepared to use them wherever needed in order to expose the shady practices and overall lack of basic customer service from this gym. . They offer a variety of classes, so you're still getting strength training and cardio, if that's the class type you sign up for (see class schedule in photos). You can tell the trainers REALLY CARE about form and function, over just pushing 40 clients through and not caring about giving folks a really quality workout. Looking forward to our next class!
