I rejoined last month, May 2025. I had my first class back, Align, at a different time of day from what I would normally attend. Staff was still great & they greeted me by name when I walked into the studio. The, I don't want to use names, manager is the one that got me to sign back up. She called since they were running a special, and she wanted to see if I might want to re-join. She apologized for the experiences that ultimately made me quit. We discussed the discount options, and what kind of schedule I thought I could have if I joined back up again. I let her know that the four pack class option is best for me, as I work two jobs and do strength training elsewhere. The class was pretty full when I arrived, but I walked in and grabbed a spot in the middle of the room. My favorite spot is the back bar, it is the first location I took a class at back when I became a member and it is the spot I prefer. Class was great, although I let them know Align was a little tougher than I remembered back in March 2025. I checked in on Yelp after class, or before, and I saw some awful reviews. They are what led me to update my review. The owner is great and has been able to expand locations. She really worked with me in the past, like when I originally enrolled and was going to quit due to cost and class times. When I quit back in March they asked why, they tried to get me to come back, they offered different class options. While I was quitting, I kept thinking they were just contacting me so they would not lose a member/money. I realized they actually wanted feedback, to know why I did not feel comfortable in class and what happened to make me want to quit. I should add, when I quit there was a lot going on- someone had driven through the front entrance, so we had to enter through the back of class. I like routine and that threw everything off. Honestly, I should have paused my membership and then just restarted once everything was back to status quo. Back to why I quit- I had placed my water bottle at my spot at the bar- someone completely disregarded my spot and took it over. I felt slighted, things were already off and that was the last straw. As you can see, it was not because of staff, it was because I am particular and routine oriented. Give this place a try. If I remember correctly, the owner of this location has three other locations. That allows you to take classes at any of them, rather than just this one.

I've tried 3 Pilates studios and this was the least friendly, no information given on classes or…read morepackages and no communication prior to my first class. If you have done Pilates before you might like this studio but if you are a beginner they need to do a lot of work for new comers. There was no explanation how to use the reformer because you are in a class that's not an introduction class which is very helpful for new students. I definitely will not be going back.

Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. I've actually never seen a studio that had mat drying racks out for everyone , nice touch . Friendly members, great retail selection (yes, I shopped), and booking through ClassPass made everything easy. Definitely a studio I'd return to.

I love this studio so much! It has 10 reformers so the classes aren't too big. I get a great…read moreworkout and there are classes available from 5:30am to 6pm. Each instructor has their own distinct personality but the unifying factor is they are motivating, supportive and knowledgeable. There is a wonderful sense of community here, cheering on each other in class, chatting before and after, that I have only rarely experienced elsewhere. Finally, I find it extremely affordable for Pilates. If you are interested try it out! If you don't like your corporate studio, this one just may be for you!

I have built skeleton muscle, increased my balance, increased my daily ability to make different movements, and love to work out now! This studio is a wonderful Lagree studio! Every instructor is fantastic, providing a great organized workout that hits every body part. Each instructor gives detailed explanations for every move and is motivating. I've been regularly attending classes for five years and have never been bored or experienced a plateau. I just continue to get stronger and I'm able to do more challenging movements with each class. I even convinced my husband to start attending with me.
