When one of the other patrons mentioned it, the owner talked about the gentleman with as much respect and care as he'd demonstrated earlier. Even after just 5 classes, I've noticed a huge improvement in my tone and my strength. Getting back to barre has made me think more about my hydration, nutrition, and other healthy habits, and has been a needed reset in my self-care routine. The location is great for me and Gym management WAS good. Totally different experience there now. Using my Blue Cross insurance I joined 7/1/25. I have placed many phone calls, text messages and an email to set up my membership without a response. I did received one call back from Caroline and after an exchange of information and FOB number, she said I was "all set". The next day I tried the FOB to gain entry, and it did not work. I texted Caroline back and we agreed on an appt with Gabe at 1015a the next day. I showed on time and Gabe was not there. I again texted Caroline and set up a 1100a appt. Gabe is a no show again. Frankly, don't know how the expect to remain in business. My advice is don't waste your time and money with AF Newport.
