Big Mike is constantly brainstorming ways to improve the gym. They have tanning, smoothies and a huge variety of machines and cardio. Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. The usual players are there: Lifefitness, Rogue, Hammer Strength, Atlas, Precor , Platinum boxing and much more. Note no chalk is allowed. Members wipe down the apparatus after use which I appreciate. If you choose to workout in the mornings, Michelle will greet you with a cheerful hello as she keeps the areas clean.
