The first time I visited, I had 4-5 people make eye contact with me, shake my hand (one person even gave me a hug!), and welcome me to BFF. I've lived in gyms my whole life and you don't get that on a regular basis. The trainers are top notch and I've trained at pretty elite gyms, and even regular members take their training seriously - it's impressive. BUT, even with the high quality training, you dont get this stuck up/snobby feel - it feels like home here, these people are like my fitness family. I have been training with Mindy at BullFrogFit for 4 months now and I love it! I generally shy away from gym's until I found this one. It's clean, the trainers are friendly and I feel extremely comfortable and safe here. Mindy is awesome! She understands my needs and is extremely helpful explaining each and every exercise and where I should be feeling "the burn" ... as well as giving me advise on what to eat to reach my weight loss goal. I especially love that she stretches me out after every workout. I have a vacation coming up and Mindy is sending me a workout routine to do on my own, I don't know many trainer's who do this. Bullfrog is the most supportive and welcoming environment I have ever stepped foot in. The owner is so nice and welcoming. The manager is extremely hard working and you can tell he loved the place he works because he really keeps it clean. BullFrog is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Great equipment, 24/7 access, always clean, and the staff are super friendly and supportive. It's far from where I live but I enjoy going so much that I ended up getting a membership on top of my "normal" gym and find myself coming here more often than not. I've taken two classes so far with BullFrogFit. In my normal routine, I do lots of cardio and significantly lack in the strength training department. These workouts led by Jeremiah are KILLER and fun. Simple enough for someone new to HIIT, body weight, and overall strength work. Always learning something new. Jeremiah and the team are awesome! I participated in the outdoor mobile fitness camps as well as personal training with both Mindy and Jeremiah. Love the outdoor workouts, definitely challenging and definitely fun.
