They are all friendly and they will help you reach your goals. They too will modify the workouts if need be. Love the fact that the workouts are 45 minutes in length. The HIIT concept works for me. They make sure you crush your goals and it's so high energy! I love that everyone is so nice and friendly and it's very motivating! I'm so thankful I found this place! And the rates are very affordable as well! It's not a pushy contract or anything weird like previous places I had gone to. They have a plethora of classes at times to fit anyones schedule and they are open weekends too. It's also new and clean and up to date and parking is not an issue with this location. It's also men and women but not creepy at all. Everyone is focused on their workout, there is not meat market feel here (thank God!) I'm really excited and thankful for this Gym and the trainers Sirena and Stephanie are so nice and helpful and so amazing!

It's small group training, which keeps the energy up because everyone's working at the same time. He'll keep you accountable and make sure you finish your sets and there's a decent chance you'll leave with a random nickname you didn't ask for but it does keep things entertaining. In my first month I've already seen measurable changes in strength and body composition, so it's been interesting to see the progress show up pretty quickly. We met with Kacy in person, where he clearly explained how his program works, reviewed pricing, and discussed the nutrition expectations that accompany the training. He was very straightforward, professional, and understanding--especially recognizing that it can be difficult to transition away from a previous coach. Training began shortly after. Sessions can be busier during certain days and times, typically running 60-90 minutes, with multiple clients training simultaneously. Despite this, you receive excellent value for the cost. The pricing includes gym access, which is a great benefit. Kacy maintains a professional environment while keeping sessions engaging, motivating, and appropriately challenging. It's important to note that this is primarily a group training format. While Kacy provides guidance and instruction, he is not overseeing every single repetition. For those who are completely new to lifting, discussing one-on-one sessions would be beneficial. Overall, we highly recommend Kacy. But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat. still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!

But for me what really made the gym stand out is how awesome the people that work there are. Both Tristan and Robert (who both help manage the location) were extremely accommodating to me when I first started showing up and weren't at all pushy about trying to get me to sign up permanently, which to me is a good indicator that they actually truly care about servicing their clients and not making them feel like a "number".
