He wouldn't stop staring to the point I thought we had done something that offended him. My husband thought he was aggressively flirting with him.. I mentioned it to the young lady at the desk as we decided to leave. She said "that's just the way he is". Apparently he had been confrontational with several of the trainers there, and a few members. The trainers thought the same as my husband. Either way we decided to leave and not go back. I realized that my spine was very very weak, this technique from my instructor was really good for me she helped to work every part of my core, from my rectus abdominis to the obliques, and even my hips, lower back that I've never used before.
