Let's start off with the only positive side of this review!…read moreThey are super nice when I first brought my truck to them and then a month later my outback. The body work they did after my wrecks as on point! But this is where the positive ends! First we will start off with when I first leave their shop after picking up my truck at their closing time and I get 5 miles down the street and my rear view mirror falls off and I have to go 4 days with no rear view mirror because it was a holiday and a weekend, now to the fun stuff! Once I finally got my truck back is when the problems starts! 30 miles after driving my truck, my front driver side caliper bolt came out as I was about to pull on my street, then right before I pull into my driveway, my bottom bolt falls out and my caliper falls on my wheel and prevents me to back into my driveway! I bring my truck to them and their response was "we didn't even disassemble the brakes! But they put New bolts in but told me "I don't see why you think we are responsible for the repair of your wheel, so put a claim in with your insurance". Roughly a month and half has passed by and no repair of my wheel, as I dropped my father off at the airport, I was about to get on the freeway and then clunk clunk clunk, MY PASSENGER FRONT CALIPER BOLT FELL OUT! Now I am assuming they will say the same thing even though this was the assembly they had to tear down to repair! More damage not to my other wheels and I am stuck waiting for for AutoZone to open to purchase the tools and bolts to fixed my caliper! Remainder of the damage remaining is: no repair to my damaged from dif case, no repair of my fuel tank fill tube flap, no repair of my side step placement, front driver fender not repaired, front passenger caliper bolt missing, both driver and passenger front wheels damaged on the inside and their response is to me "put a claim in with my insurance" P.S. I will continue to update this review as things progress and as I remember more things!

A few days after the accident, I went on a search for the best place to fix my car. My dealership highly recommended Maynord to fix my car so I didn't think twice. There also aren't too many other body shops I know of around Cookeville. I went in to get my car estimated and order parts. I was told then the parts were on back order but it shouldn't be more than a month. So a month passes and I give them a call asking where my part is, they tell me it's still on bach order but they have ordered it. I give it another month, and now they respond with "the person on your case is out for the day, I'll leave her a note and she will call you back." I give it a few days and still no call back. I call back a few weeks later and get told them same thing. So again, I wait. Now it is September and I finally call tell them that I would really appreciate an answer today. So someone does research and figures out the part hasn't even been ordered, but "it can be here in a week". Long story short, after 5 months my car is finally fixed. They are very friendly in person and on the phone but the organization and timeliness of this was very disappointing. I will not be going back in the future if I ever need my car repaired again.

Hoped to get an estimate on price and timeframe that we would need to leave it with them. To our surprise three employees immediately showed us attention. One gentleman came out carrying a fancy buffer and some product. He buffed out the bad spot almost completely within about 10 minutes. When we asked what we owed him they told us NOTHING! Whaaat??? We gave him a tip. Just want to share our positive experience. We will make the 1hr drive back to Crossville just when we need a body shop. They are awesome!
