Mike performed a thorough inspection on my car and gave me an estimate. Needless to say, a lot of work needed to be done. There was a code showing that indicated something may be wrong with the transmission. He suggested that I take it to a transmission shop to have it checked out before paying for the repairs needed. I did what he advised and proceeded to have the repairs done. I'm satisfied with the work that was done and feel that I've found a mechanic who I can trust. They also have a rewards program. They damaged my vehicle on 6/5/2025…read moreand tried to get me to buy 24 lug nuts for 186 dollars when they were at AutoZone for 36 dollars. They swore they could not get the lug nuts off. I went down the road and the next tire shop had no problems getting the lug nuts off. Firestone had damaged several of my lug nuts so I did replace all 24 lug nuts for 29 dollars. The Firestone store was trying hard to rip me off and they are being placed under investigation by the state for financial exploitation of a senior. The local investigative media reporter has been contacted.
