He brought out 5 different types of ice scrapers for me to choose from, and helped me select the one that best fit my needs. The store was clean and well organized, with displays of products relevant to the colder weather in these parts right now. I don't know much about cars, but this is my first experience with O'reilly auto parts, and I am pleased!

Luckily, the filter membrane wasn't damaged even though the carton was crushed. As a side note, some reviewer think their shipping cost is too high. They apparently haven't order parts from Rock Auto where you get charged extra shipping costs if the parts you order don't all come from the same warehouse, negating some of the savings you get on the parts ordered.

A 2-Month Nightmare - Buy from FCP Instead I have been in an…read moreexhausting two-month battle with eEuroparts over 12 defective EU5 fuel injectors (purchased across two orders: 512234 and 519334), and their customer service has been abysmal. The injectors were leaking and causing major engine issues. I did everything right, followed their exact return instructions within their parameters, and provided both diagnostic video evidence and bench flow-test results proving the hardware failed. Despite following protocol and shipping four of the injectors back exactly as instructed, eEuroparts has completely dragged their feet. They attempted to issue a measly partial refund of $260.78, but claimed it failed due to a PayPal "Refund Time Limit Exceeded" (Error 4024). They then had the audacity to ask me to close my full-amount PayPal dispute just to receive that partial payment. I refused to drop the claim, which PayPal subsequently denied, leaving me forced to appeal. eEuroparts still hasn't authorized the return of the remaining eight defective injectors or provided a full refund. Whatever you do, purchase your parts through FCP Euro instead. It is absolutely not worth saving a few dollars here just to be put through a two-month headache. Pay the difference for a completely haggle-free experience. Stay away from eEuroparts! First, please do not try to blame this on a "fitment mismatch." Upgrading from EU6 to EU5 is a standard, widely supported modification. I properly coded every single injector, checked off the EU5 fueling option in MHD, and installed them perfectly using brand-new couplers. These injectors did not have "drivability issues" due to a mismatch--they completely shut down and died a few hundred miles later. That is hardware failure. Second, your claim that you "replaced several units" is a complete fabrication. I have never received a single replacement unit from you. I sent my defective injectors back exactly as instructed, and I am currently sitting here out the money for all 12 injectors with absolutely nothing to show for it. Keep in mind eu5 and eu6 besides spray capabilities are literally identical no dimensional difference to cause a fitment issue

I like that. thank you so much for your help Both her and a gentleman name Greg was so very helpful and kind very professional I also needed something to clean my headlight so I could see better and Greg knew exactly what I needed. I have tried everything from straight lemon juice to off bug spray and could not get it cleaned I scrubbed as hard as i possibly could but nothing ever worked for me . I'm a senior citizen with a fixed income. Greg knew exactly how to fix my problem I was so happy I almost started crying he made my headlight look almost as shiny and brand new as the other one. They helped me in no time at all. For that you guys are so awesome and by far THE BEST auto parts place in town for anyone to get anything dealing with autos. I will not go any place else.
