Four extractions as well as some serious dental work. I have always taken good care of my teeth. I am just not genetically blessed. 3 of the four extractions were root canals I had in my early 20's. Needless to say they had to come out. After healing up from that process and the additional dental work. I had to do the affordable thing and get dental partials for the open spaces. At this time bridge work is nit in my budget. But she made all of this process easier by her patience. She explained everything to me. Only 2 staff members knowledge (Tiana and Elizabeth) understand dental insurance allowables. Front office staff rude, very ugly attitude experienced in Botetourt office specifically. He goes out of his way to insure that procedures are painless and takes the time to fully answer questions and address any concern that one might have.
