Four extractions as well as some serious dental work. I have always taken good care of my teeth. I am just not genetically blessed. 3 of the four extractions were root canals I had in my early 20's. Needless to say they had to come out. After healing up from that process and the additional dental work. I had to do the affordable thing and get dental partials for the open spaces. At this time bridge work is nit in my budget. But she made all of this process easier by her patience. She explained everything to me. She and her assistant and team (Tanisha) could not do enough for me. I want to thank them all. Even the front desk ladies and all who keep it going there. They do the best they can. Thanks Dr. Neil. Extremely disappointing, the dentist i seen was great at the vinton office, i am very happy with…read morethe outcome of my visit, but the monetary/insurance handlings were so terrible, first they said they were out of network, and my insurance said they were in network, i was only supposed to pay 700, and they let me pay them 2000$, which i did figuring id get back whatever i over paid, then 2.5months of waiting for a reimbursement, they paid me back 1k instead of 1300$, and then fraudulently charged my account again over 700$, and when i called them to ask about the fraudulent charges, they said it could take 2 days for a response.... so if you don't mind being over charged, and waiting months for things to be sorted out, then this should be your go to dentist, hopefully someone got fired and this is a one time occurance, because i am happy with my result, but sadly i cannot trust them enough to go back

He comes across and very knowledgeable and experienced, and seems like the kind of guy you want to go fishing with. Nice guy, but more importantly I was impressed with his thoroughness. I had to have quite a bit of work done because my previous dentist lacked that thoroughness and almost caused me to have a couple root canals (significant decay under two fillings). I have no dental insurance and I found the prices very reasonable. Office staff and dental assistants were nice. As long as he's in practice and I'm in commuting distance I won't go to another dentist. We're not sharks, we don't have rows of teeth ready to replace the ones we lose. Go to a dentist who knows what the hell he's doing. He's a good guy and he knows his profession.

Elizabeth is the best hygienist! She's so sweet and kind. She loves her job and it really shows. She remembered details about my husband and I and she's very thorough with cleaning the teeth. I needed a filling and Dr. Supneet was able to see me the same day so I was very fortunate. He is nice and explains what he will be doing during the procedure. Ashley assisted during my filing and she was very nice and sweet. She chatted with me and made me feel comfortable while we were waiting for my cheek to become numb.
