She told me the story of how her business and the game place next door are connected. I asked because you can walk from one place to another as theirs no door at all. She also was very meticulous in making sure the arrangement was perfect. She added and arranged and cut to make it all work perfectly. Also what I liked is she didn't waste my time, she told me they sold most of their flowers earlier in the day so they were very limited. Unfortunately, our experience with this florist was far from what was promised in our contract. Late bridal party florals: Scheduled for 10:30 AM but did not arrive until noon after many phone calls asking when they would be there, then arrived right as we were leaving for photos. Late arrival to the venue: Contracted arrival was 1:00 PM; the florist did not arrive until around 2:00-2:30 PM, delaying setup and rushing the work. Our ceremony started at 5pm, with guest arrivals starting at 4:30pm, leaving almost no time to complete everything. Unprepared and missing contracted greenery: Ceiling greenery was incomplete and not installed as agreed. Materials were missing, and our coordinator had to purchase supplies and hang greenery herself. Incorrect cocktail table décor: Tables did not match the contract, candles were incomplete, and some tables were left undecorated. Poorly executed welcome sign: Greenery was sparse, visibly clipped together, and did not reflect what was outlined in the contract. Lack of accountability and follow-up: The company stated they would provide proof that the items were executed according to our contract, but they never did and stopped responding altogether. Overall, the florist's lack of preparation, punctuality, execution, and communication caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. Do not use this company--it is worth spending more elsewhere.

My jaw completely dropped on our wedding day. Casey and her team went to the moon and back to achieve the exact look and feel we dreamed of. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the love, care, and artistry behind it all were absolutely breathtaking. Worth every penny.
