She tried to set up while guests was seated. Prolonged the wedding. Flowers still had glue strings hanging from them. Pins fell off the boutonniere and couldn't be pinned. Over half of the decorations weren't even put in place. The wedding services were over an hour late starting due to her lack of timeliness. She had 2 days prior to come and project set up. This isn't even half of it!!!!! And she refused to return the money for services not rendered.

Late bridal party florals: Scheduled for 10:30 AM but did not arrive until noon after many phone calls asking when they would be there, then arrived right as we were leaving for photos. Late arrival to the venue: Contracted arrival was 1:00 PM; the florist did not arrive until around 2:00-2:30 PM, delaying setup and rushing the work. Our ceremony started at 5pm, with guest arrivals starting at 4:30pm, leaving almost no time to complete everything. Unprepared and missing contracted greenery: Ceiling greenery was incomplete and not installed as agreed. Materials were missing, and our coordinator had to purchase supplies and hang greenery herself. Incorrect cocktail table décor: Tables did not match the contract, candles were incomplete, and some tables were left undecorated. Poorly executed welcome sign: Greenery was sparse, visibly clipped together, and did not reflect what was outlined in the contract. Lack of accountability and follow-up: The company stated they would provide proof that the items were executed according to our contract, but they never did and stopped responding altogether. Overall, the florist's lack of preparation, punctuality, execution, and communication caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. Do not use this company--it is worth spending more elsewhere.

I came in with a very specific vision for every floral and décor detail, and Casey took that vision and ran with it. If they didn't already have something I was looking for, they went out of their way to source it. They respected our budget and were so patient and collaborative, always making me feel involved in the design process. I truly have one word for the work they did: GORGINA. My jaw completely dropped on our wedding day. Casey and her team went to the moon and back to achieve the exact look and feel we dreamed of. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the love, care, and artistry behind it all were absolutely breathtaking. Worth every penny. So, I ordered a plant for my friend's office to celebrate his promotion, thinking it would be a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Instead, he called me laughing and asked what it was supposed to be. Apparently, the "potted plant" was tiny and looked more like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree than a congratulatory gift. Good grief! Not only was it a complete waste of money... quite a bit of money because they are overpriced... but I was absolutely mortified. Thankfully, he understood that my heart was in the right place and never mentioned it again. And, oh! To add insult to injury, it died shortly after! Two thumbs down. Cannot recommend.
