I handed her a $20 bill while still trying to figure out what was going on. I asked why it wasn't $10 and she said because the 2nd one was more expensive. I said I didn't want it then and she said no refunds and kept my money! We were still in the middle of the transaction since she hadn't even given me a receipt yet. She refused to give me my money back only then giving me the receipt that said no refunds. It should be posted prior to making a purchase. Crooks!

It's impressive to see and walk around in and has almost every store and type of food you could want. I enjoyed Nordstrom, Dumplings, Ice Cream, White House Black Market, Macy's, Lululemon, etc. etc. They have all the usual chains (Victoria's Secret....) but some other boutique stores as well. Huge food court on the lowest level and a private entrance into the Ritz Carlton which is attached to the building. Super convenient if you are staying at the hotel, as I did, and I was here every day to people watch, get snacks, or just to walk the levels and get some exercise.

I made sure to visit every corner of the store to make sure I did not miss a thing. It's a wonderful spot to browse while you're in the neighborhood and to take a workshop. Virginia led a group of us through a plant and pot decorating class right in the store. For my first Steadfast event, this was well organized and we were well cared for by our host! It was a rare moment of art therapy for me. There were no rules except to paint. At the end, we got holy basil seeds and soil to complete the project. I can't wait to see it grow along with my other plants.
