I entered the store frustrated, doubtful I'd get the frame I needed, struggling to pull up an email about the canceled orders, over- explaining to the staff at the door, etc. (hey, at least I'm self aware). Edgar to the rescue! This friendly manager was quick to assist. He walked me to the frames, helped me find the correct size, honored the price on the shelf (several dollars less than on his price finder contraption), AND it was BOGO so I got two. Edgar carried my frames to the register, set them down at a self-checkout kiosk, where he noticed a one poster frame was bowed. He instantly elected to go back and get me one in perfect condition while I finished checking out. Now THAT'S good looking out and going the extra mile. I am so grateful for a fantastic in-store experience and can't wait to get my precious movie poster into its frame and up on my wall!! First of all, the store was very clean and organized. It was very easy, overall, finding everything. The clearance section was on point! It wasn't chaotic like most clearance sections and I got some amazing steals. They had paints there as low as $0.19 and I got some seashells and starfish for as low as $0.59! Everything I bought was either on clearance or 40% off on sale except for one item. I got two big bags full of stuff plus a storage container and barely spent over $35. This is the best hobby lobby I've been to!

After testing it with several frames, I opted for a fairly priced classic brown and black frame. It had two hooks in the back, so I checked the picture-frame hardware aisle for other options. Command Strips were one, but after speaking with one of the ladies in the custom frame department, she recommended some of the metal twine. She had some extra, so she cut off a piece for me and threaded it through. Definitely above and beyond! It's been hanging right next to my front door ever since, and people comment on it when they walk in. It's actually my only framed hanging print in my apartment -- all others are canvas prints.

Friendly staff, great sewing class selection and when they offer sales and promotions, definitely worth it! They know about the machines they sell, and more importantly, if you're looking for a machine they know what you do and don't need. They ask questions and probe for details, and while they make suggestions, if you say you don't need something, they listen. Lots of tools for both sewing and quilting, as well as embroidery, the side walls are always fun to browse.
