Our vet prescribed the usual prescription diet you'll find at most vet's offices, but I just couldn't get past the gut feeling that there had to be something better. As fate would have it, our dog walker referred us to Hershey Pet Food Company. John (and his wife) took the time to talk to me about our dog's diet, and suggested raw food. John is incredibly well-versed and researched in this area; coupled with, he put me directly in touch with one of the food company's owners to answer some additional questions we had. Three months later, I got the results of our dog's blood work back today and her levels have reversed! BUN is in a normal range (went from 41 to 30); creatinine went from 2.1 to 1.8. I am beyond overjoyed as our four legged gal is our first child and we want to keep her around as long as we possibly can. I'm a believer! I'd also like to add that the prices are very reasonable. I want to support our community and small business, but I also professionally talk about how to save money, so I had to do my research. Pet toys are around the same price as what I've seen on Amazon, and in some cases, a dollar or so cheaper. I would support their business regardless, but I think it's worth noting that you're getting so much more value for your dollar by supporting a community business and access to the information that John and Brandy have to offer.

I confirmed it multiple times that nothing would change, except that I would have to remain with Verizon for at least 3 years. The bill arrives and I'm billed the full price of the phone over the next 3 years through my plan. After multiple attempts and hours trying to correct this, I was told by customer service that the representative at the store told me the promotion incorrectly. In order for the promotion to apply, I would need to upgrade my plan to unlimited, increasing my bill costing me more money in the long run. Multiple representatives told me it was this store's mistake and they would take care of it and I would receive a credit for each month I paid. Every month the bill came, it was never corrected. Now I'm forced to upgrade my plan for a higher price each month. It is absolutely ridiculous that a loyal customer is told information incorrectly by a Verizon representative locking them in to a bill increase. Verizon should honor what their representatives say, and when they make a mistake, it should not fall on the customer. I learned this is not even an official Verizon store, it is run by a third party. Verizon told me to always call in to them directly to get accurate information regarding my plan, but who knew you couldn't trust what the stores tell you? The store representative was no help and stopped replying to my messages completely.

We knew that proper fit was very important. My daughter found a comfortable pair within the first 15 minutes. For the next 15 minutes the fitter and owner convinced her to try on various other shoes. The fitter and owner finally convinced my daughter on the last pair she tried, not the first pair that she loved. I questioned this numerous times and was ignored. They told her the last pair made her arch and foot look so beautiful. My daughter complained that her toe hurt, they told her she just needed to cut her toenails shorter. Finally we were pushed for purchase after 35 minutes of our 1 hour scheduled fitting time. Needless to say, my daughter had to quit her pointe class because the shoes they pushed on her were ill fitting and hurt her feet so terribly, she was in tears after every class. Second time we went there (only because they were the only shop open on Saturdays...trust me I was not looking forward to go back) We were buying character shoes. They again tried to convince her to buy and ridiculously too big pair of tap shoes that were so obviously not the right size. The owner even told my daughter that the pair my daughter liked just didn't look good and looked too small. My daughter and I decided to purchase the shoes that she liked and she felt comfortable in. They are still a little big but maybe can be solved with some pads and spacers. Needless to say, not impressed and though we will have to drive further and take time out of the week.... we will not be returning to Dancer's Pointe!!!
