I love this store! So much stuff and very affordable. They had sale, 50% off. Shoppers paradise for home decor, arts and crafts. I wish I was a millionaire. Lookout!! I'd buy everything. When going to mainland, I always make sure to go here and find cute knickknacks. Not only xmas decorations little cute items, small pig figurines, animals, books, fabric, just everything so cute. I really had a nit so great experience at this establishment. The employees i dealt with had no idea where the products were. I asked three separate employees where i could products and all three gave me different answers. Had me running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I suggest getting isle names so it's easy to find things. All the hobby lobby looks like it threw up on itself. To much stuff and unorganized. Tons of stuff it was overwhelming and just plain hard to find a selection of ehat i needed. Some things werent a value for the pr Items i saw. Not sure i would go back. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help. I've visited regularly over the last 3 years or so, but almost daily over the past holidays. Even when they're slammed (as they usually are), the tone doesn't change. They are happy to help. The store is mostly always organized and sale items are clearly marked. The restrooms are always clean and tidy and there's always employees stocking shelves willing to help that also go out of their way to ensure you find what you need! read more

I have a project I was hoping to get completed today,since it is my only day off, and had several decor items I was planning on getting. Was able to purchase two items from the frame department. Went to the cash register, and she(Ayiesha G) asked if I found everything okay. I said no because all the items I needed to purchase were blocked by shipment that was in front of them. She said "Yeah, well we just got shipment in", then handed me my receipt and said "hope you have a better day". Really?! First of all, the customer service in this location is always rude and they seem bothered whenever you inquire about an item. There are a couple that are willing to help, but for the most part, they just seem to want to stock shelves and ignore you. I do a lot of interior design and shop at Hobby Lobby for most of what I need. This was the last time I will allow this behavior from this location. I don't mind driving further away, where I know they seem to enjoy their job, and have never had shipments blocking product like this(this wasn't the first time). The cashiers here are super friendly. I went twice, once on a Friday and today different cashiers & same great customer service. We bought changeable color LED lights here. One of them worked but only if connected to a TV and it didn't change colors either. The other two didn't work at all. So we returned them with no hassle at all. Also we bought Gorilla glue on Friday and it was missing in our bag when we returned home. So today I asked the cashier if by any chance she saw one at the register. She didn't see herself but she asked a manager. They both said no but the Manager was so nice to replace it for us. Thank you! This place has a lot of home decor and arts and crafts! This store has HORRIBLE customer service. Today I needed red bows,so I headed straight to them. The employees are so busy taking down all the Christmas stuff and putting up Valentine's Day that they are pushing shoppers out of the way to get the work done. The employees are all talking among themselves(inappropriate conversations) and not even caring that customers are present. I got my bows and proceeded to check out. The young girl said a really high amount and I said aren't those %50 percent off? She corrected it and as I was walking out she said to another employee,loudly. She can kiss my A$&. I heard her and walked back in and asked for a manager and told her what was said. The manager said well we can't get any one to work so sorry about that. My wife was looking for items to decorate our baby shower, she purchased a few Birch Wood pieces & they only had 2 in stock. They recommended we got to another location & they placed an order for us to have them delivered. We waited about 2weeks & NEVER got a response from them. We called & asked for an update & they said they never put our order in. That's very unprofessional of them to lie to us. I have never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable making a purchase. I went in and purchased 40 glass vases to use for decorating a baby shower. I understand that it was a large amount and can be annoying to wrap and bag. That does not give the cashier a reason to roll her eyes huff and puff with major attitude. I was not greeted, not a thank you or anything. She also turned to a coworker that seemed to be a manger and both rolled their eyes and showed how annoyed they were. I purchased some Gorilla glue yesterday...got home and it's dry, completely empty. I went back there today and told the supervisor by the registers about it. I suggested she check them all to see if they are all empty and pointed to the rack right by the register. She asked if I wanted to replace it and told me the two checkers up front could help me. So I check the rack and every one of the containers is empty. I tell the cashier and she said oh ya like she is very familiar with the problem. Unbelievable...so no one seems to care of how irritating it is to customers to have to return the item or want to do anything about it. It's always interesting going into a business after controversy. Hobby Lobby kept their stores open during Covid-19 against recommendations, and mandates. I'm currently in dire need of some specific supplies which I've tapped out my local michaels for. So here I find myself. I've been standing in line for about 10 minutes. You'd think that would be because it's busy, and it is except... there's 2 lines open, and each one has 9-", and 13 groups of customers standing waiting. Like I said it's been 10 minutes and no one has opened another lane, no one has apologized to the 20... 5 customers now waiting. As a company I can no longer recommend this store, and I will not be coming back unless significant changes are made. Oh look, I moved forward one, and two more got in line. read more

One of my absolute favorite stores!! We recently moved and gave away pretty much everything from the old house. After I finished unpacking everything and it was time to decorate...I found everything I wanted at Hobby Lobby. Most of their items are on 50% off sales. We went right after they reopened again. I was so happy to finally be able to get everything I needed for the house...it now feels like a home. And the employees are always so nice!! Unfortunately I left my shopping to the last minute and I couldn't find everything I needed. I've always like hobby lobby, you can find great things. I visited them on Friday, Dec 22, and got most of what I bought on sale . The young lady didn't give me a receipt and she pack everything in one bag! It was very heavy cause I bought Christmas cups! I was going through what I bought and notice that it seem I got charge too much for what I got . So I went back on Saturday and took what I bought with me, so it could help them find my receipt. I just wanted to go through my receipt to help me jog my memory, maybe I got something and forgot. I never had such an ugly experience just to get a copy of a receipt. I think we spend at least 30 minutes; I gave them the amount, they run my card, I had the items! Diane who was asked to help, her first words out her mouth word were "I cannot print you a receipt, I do not have access to that"! So I asked for a manager and I was told she was busy. She called another cashier, then another one came and told them what they could do, and another one just standing there like if we were going to run out with things, they were checking cameras. They made me feel like if we had robbed something!! So the missing items were my Christmas wrapping paper, but I forgot because I left them in another room. But if I had the receipt that would of being the end of it. I will NOT shop at this store again! Due to all the shopping you do during the holidays you may forget or get confused, but you shouldn't be treated like a criminal! We use rice paper for our art and have always and exclusively purchased it at Hobby Lobby. The last two rolls have had significant folds that ruin a Gyotaku fish print. Because you can't tell until you unroll it we threw away the packaging and receipt. We took it back hoping for store credit. Sunshine, the store manager, very rudely and in a condescending manner told us they would not accept the roll for store credit. It is not necessary to treat people like they are scum because they are hoping to return something. I will never purchase something from this company again. read more

The staff is INCREDIBLY rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Megan the supervisor is the most unprofessional supervisor I've met. She allows the staff to LITERALLY yell at customers to "get out now" minutes before the store is closed. Older staff member followed us around the store from half an hour before closing and passed by at least 15 times to just stare and make my family uncomfortable. Once it was almost closing time this staff member took it upon herself to yell at us and proceeded to threaten to get security to kick us out as soon as the speakers in the store said to head to the front to checkout because the store is now closed. Customers around us and in the same aisle kept shopping without being told a word and the rude employee didn't bat an eye. I was needing framing and quality museum quality glass for 4 original watercolor works for our family's small art collection. Jonathan's help guided me to compare 3 different glass types available at Hobby Lobby. We settled on Plain glass and Museum Quality glass Plain glass: Pros: Inexpensive, protects against dust, can see the art clearly Cons: Reflects overhead lights and sunlight, which can obscure your view of the picture Museum Quality glass: Pros: Anti-reflective, UV-protection, nearly invisible Cons: More expensive Preservation framing is an important process to maintain the life of your photos and artwork. Advice was well given with clear prices for all products and recommendations for repairs or replacement of hardware. This definitely isn't the best Hobby Lobby location. Inside is a hot mess. The store is overwhelming with piles of merchandise cluttered everywhere. I came across broken Christmas ornaments on several isles. Im sure stuff breaks from time to time but this was in more than one spot and trying to locate a employee to clean up just wasn't happening because the manager, Teylor I spoke with said they were too short staffed to clean it up at the monent. Huh? What will you tell the parent whos kid gets cut on broken Christmas ornements I asked her? She just rolled her eyes and said the store manager left her shorthanded and would get someone to clean it up when she could. When it came time to check out they only had 2 lines open and about 10 customers per line waiting. When it was my turn the cashier says "gee you must feel like you waited forever just to get this one item" like I needed to hear that! Gee yes thanks for the reminder that you don't have enough staff to properly run the store. I went to the location on Rainbow and had a much better experience at that Hobby Lobby. Okay Despite what the Description of what this store is...It is not for Wedding Planning! This store is a Home Decor/ Arts and Crafts/ Fabric/ and some Home Furnishings Store! This location is on Decatur Blvd. in North Las Vegas, Next to a Target Store and, Across the Street from Winco. They do have a Wide Variety of Home Decor Items, Ranging from little Glass Sculptures to those Fake Branches that some people use to put in those Long, Fancy Vases! This is one of those stores that you have to see for yourself. And, they do have an area in the back of the store to get your picture framed (Not sure if it a while you wait type of deal, but you can always ask the people that work there) * and just a Heads-up, they are making Another Ross Store next to Hobby Lobby! I brake for ALL Hobby Lobby stores! There's always cute displays on end caps of new stuff. The set-up of all Hobby Lobby stores entice customers into browsing every single isle and table set-up. Of the thousands of items they carry I have to say their cute signs with quotes and sayings are my favorite. Second, is the amount of home decor they carry. They have the cutest mirrors, frames and nicknacks. Third, is the holiday decor the carry. I love Hobby Lobby during Christmas. I'm like a kid in a candy store and can spends hours in there browsing everything. Overall there are quite a few Hobby Lobby stores throughout the Las Vegas area. My thoughts about the NW location is the convenient location immediately off the freeway. The customer service has been mediocre, the fabric department is a bit larger than other stores, the beading and jewelry making department is generally well stocked. The holiday decor is always AMAZING and again like all Hobby Lobby locations, this is a great place to find new hobbies and "pretty cute stuff". read more

This would have to be my favorite HL in Las Vegas, and if you're a person to frequent a craft store like me, you'd have a favorite too ;) As a wedding planner, I really always find what I need here at HL. And when I can't, the staff members are always good about letting me know when they will get it in or a product similar. I love that most of the things I purchase regularly (ribbon, candles, vases, paper, etc) go on sale in rotation and when I anticipate needing it the staff would be good about telling me if it will be on sale soon. And the 40% off coupons though... a lifesaver when I have to purchase multiples of anything for my clients. read more

And being a Christian, I called Hobby Lobby. I reached Terry on the phone. She said, "yes we do frame here." I could feel her positive sweet presence oozing through the phone, and didn't give another place a single thought. It turned out, what I heard on the phone, was the same in her love and dilligence for the project from beginning to end. She had beautiful suggestions, while kindly respecting mine. It was a huge project, and 11 framings, and each one came out as beautiful as the next, and we definately will use her again in the near future, as she showed genuine caring for the project, and we were just not another sale. I'm not much of an arts and crafts purchase but my daughter loves to try new crafts so I try. This location is right up the street from us so it's super convenient to get to. My only complaint is that the aisles are so close together and cluttered with stuff, it makes it very difficult to navigate my daughter's wheelchair through the store. We therefore only stick to the outer perimeter and have never been able to check out the interesting looking home decor area. Occasionally even the outer perimeter is impossible to navigate if the employees are stocking shelves that day and when that has happened, they look at us and continue talking to each other. No effort to make way. Very frustrating but the store carries art stuff the other stores do not and I'll do anything to make my girl smile read more
