Things are said over the phone, but not communicated to anyone at the store, so it's always confusion anytime you have a question. From my personal experience, I would not recommend. I hope the staff can also learn some friendlier customer service, to at least, the vendor who is bringing in a large amount of money and frequent visitors.

I find these items are better priced as compared to the big box stores I visit. Finding an associate within the store is rare but they have plenty of cashiers. The store is absolutely filthy. Trash and debris on the floor, boxes sitting out in the middle aisles causing fire hazards for customers. The customer service was terrible. The cashiers never acknowledged the customers and spent the entire time gossiping among each other. Looking at previous yelp reviews and evidently the cleanliness isn't a coincidence or just a matter of catching them on a bad day. This place needs a face lift and workers and ownership who cares or they will not survive in the fern creek area. There are plenty of other general store options in the area.

I scanned my QR code, handed over the package, and was done in less than five minutes. One thing I really appreciated was the accessibility. The accessible parking was very close to the entrance, and they even had wheelchairs available, which honestly isn't something I see often in retail stores. As someone who notices accessibility details, that really stood out to me. My only suggestion would be adding baskets or small storage areas to the wheelchairs so shoppers could carry items more easily while using them.

Pro tip: make sure you scan the items with your Target app. Anything on sale online will show and you can request the discount at the counter. Ross isn't a destination spot but if you're already shopping in the area, it's surrounded by several other shops and restaurants. It's worth popping in to check out their current inventory.

On top of that, their credit card system was down, so they were only accepting cash at the drive-thru. That said, I do appreciate how they handled the situation. There were clear signs posted, and the employee assisting customers made sure to inform everyone before continuing with the transaction, which helped avoid confusion. Fortunately, I didn't have a balance due, so the cash-only issue didn't affect me personally. But I can see how that could be inconvenient for others since most people rely on cards these days. Hopefully, they get that resolved soon.

I literally got up to the front cash registers before it even switched from midnight to 1201 and I was refused to even get anything and I'm just overall really disappointed. Like I understand policy is policy, but there was still someone checking out at the self check out, and both of the workers had logged out of their personal registers before that person was even done checking out. I just feel like that is irresponsible. What if there was an issue with the order and from a company perspective that is just really not customer service friendly. I would understand if I got up to the front after closing, but I literally got up there when I was supposed to and I still was not allowed to check out and I was really excited to get those treats for my cat and my dog because I've been working all day and there's literally nowhere else to go. I usually only go to Meijer for doing orders or because it's the only place open late. That's a full grocery store. It is very pricey. I don't feel like it's as cheap as other grocery stores and now that other stores are open till 11.
