Upon entering the store was clean, well lit and had some options for normal everyday wear or work out etc, but after walking the entire store I found nothing. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. I left empty handed, bummer. Prices are great for what they have typically, but today's service stunk.

Lucky for us, Boot Barn isn't too far and the whole family is now equipped with beautiful and high quality boots! Mom went first with some gorgeous light colored leather boots with a casual floral design on the side. They our 3 year old wanted a pair similar and they had some in just her perfect little size and the style she wanted! Dad and son (2) went next and both got amazing looking dark leather work boots that fit comfortably and just snug enough. Boot Barn has boots and all American cowboy gear all over the store...the best part is that from the minute you walk in you smell that amazing leather aroma that you take home with every new boot purchase. The boots are expensive but extremely high quality and last a good long time. They guarantee their products and don't disappoint. The staff is very helpful and will get you whatever size you need or assist you in finding just what you're looking for. Boot Barn is fun to explore and even more fun when you get to make purchases. I believe we saw four different sales reps, the other three never even acknowledged us, didn't at least try to show us where we could start browsing for a suit. We waited at least 20 minutes but no one ever even attempted to help us. Went to other Men's Suit store in same area. They were very busy, but addressed us immediately. So we purchased everything there. Very disappointed in Jos A Banks. Lost our business for sure.
