He took the time to walk with us around the store, answering questions, opening cases and getting to know us. My son walked out with his first Mighty Ducks figure and my Dad started a new collection of Street Sharks. I am very on edge when taking a kid (9 years old) into a store like this as it can be overwhelming, but as soon as Mike interacted with my son, the stress went right away.
