Came here looking for a shirt for my kids school spirit week. My 10yr old loves their Hello Kitty graphic tees, and at just $5.55, I let her grab them all. The selection of merch is huge @ this location. It is always full & organized.However,no one is ever on the sales floor to offer help or greet. There's always 1-2 cashiers though. There's so many valuable items for a low price. This is my favorite location & I have been coming here for years. read more

The black middle aged lady is RUDE! Not only did she watch me the whole entire time, but at check out she kept yelling I got you I got you when I tried to scan my items. She's literally right in front of me.....she could just watch me scan them but nope she must rip the scanner out of my hands to do it herself! SMH she won't lose her job if she doesn't scan everyone's items. I have never been treated like this at five below in any other areas before. I do not recommend this one to anyone!!!! read more

So I came in here to look around & this one worker who was an older lady was staring us down the entire time. We go to check out and I was trying to scan my own items and she just straight yells "I got it, I got it, I got" with so much attitude and a rude look on her face. She grabbed the scanner from my hands forcefully. I didn't appreciate the rudeness. It doesn't take anything to be nice to a customer. Will not be shopping here again! read more

I had ordered something online last night (April 19th 2024), says it would be ready the next day and that they would send me an email saying it was ready. Mind you I paid for it so they should have put it on hold. I get an email today saying they had to cancel my order. I went online to the website and it says currently unavailable to pick up in store. What they should do is when you pay for something they should put it on hold and at the end of THAT day if you don't come and pick it up then they can sell it to someone else. (I did get my money back I wasn't charged since they sold to someone else). read more

I've only had good experiences here, and as such, I've told friends and family to shop there as well. Reading the other comments, there are a lot of people who assume that when someone tells you a store is closing at a certain time when you walk in that it's rude or even unprofessional. In actuality, it's literally what they're asked to do because they have family and friends, and a life outside of work, and they want to be home after work, since they don't usually receive additional bonus pay to do so. Retail stores also typically pressure managers to shut down fairly quickly outside of operational hours since they're not selling anything during that time. There's also a lack of chairs for the employees outside of the break room, so employees have also been standing all day in many cases. In spite of all of that, it's also informative to be reminded of when they're closing so that as a customer, you can be mindful of how much time you have there, since it's easy to lose track of time when looking at items. It's the same exact thing that happens in grocery stores before closing time, except people seem to accept it more because they don't see the person on the PA system, so there's a disconnect that makes the process feel automated. With all of that out of the way, 5 Bellow is always clean looking and well organized, the employees are kind and knowledgeable, and attentive if you have any questions. Typically, if you see something there that you like, you should get it given that items sometimes only appear there for a short time frame. The shirts are a good example, they're very high quality, usually silk screen prints on thick cotton fabric with current Marvel and DC character designs that are only $5. Before finding out about 5 Bellow, I've purchased one of those on Amazon for my nephew for $20. I Dj and also do professional graphic design work, and when Djing, it's nice to be able to get shirts there since it allows me to get a few different current designs to wear every week. The only real downside, which has absolutely nothing to do with the superb employees, is that there are some items that cost more than they should, such as the wireless Mac style mouses which cost the same online, but include built in rechargeable batteries, as opposed to ones that need to be changed. The value of everything there is typically amazing though, even with the items that cost more than $5. That was something that I saw happening early on, given the items they sell that typically cost more than $5 online, so in the end, thing balance out fairly well. If you haven't gone there before, give it a try, there are a lot of random items that have been great to have as a DJ that they sell, such as the LED headphone holder, the nice portable, metal frame bins that are good for holding extra wires, the 10ft rechargeable iPhone cables, the USB C cables, and the small portable one 1/2 foot step stools which are great for plugging things in when I use screens and totem stands for special events. On the art end, there are high quality canvases for painting, decent starter oil paint tubes sets, which tend to have a lot more water in them than far more expensive paint kits, but if you know this going in, you can always find faster ways to dry them. All in all, it's a great place to find gifts that you can combine for the holidays. They carry items for school, as well as great shirt designs that coincide with movie releases, such as Marvel's Avengers, or DC's Batman, etc. There's even workout gear and yoga mats, in addition to decent quality, perfectly stitched Basketballs and Footballs, which usually go for around $20 elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service from the moment walking in! My family and I were greeted rudely by someone at the register informing us that they closed in 25 mins. We were tempted to walk out but as paying customers we have the right to shop around for those remaining 25 mins. As a retail store manager, that is highly unprofessional and I refuse the believe that this is apart of Five Below's customer service policy. The service and attitude was so horrible I had to add this location into Yelp just to make sure this review would be addressed, as I'm concerned if I called the store I might be dealing with the same person who I saw tonight. read more
