This store is just like every other Walmart, except a bit cleaner with fewer wardrobe malfunctions. I know what I want, so it's enter, find it, pay, and leave. No browsing. No impulse shopping. The last time I was here was to replace a broken coffee maker. There were plenty in stock, so I had no problem making my purchase. If they were out of stock (and there were plenty of empty shelves), I would have felt sorry for anyone who I had contact with until I could find one.

Earlier that day, I had undergone an invasive eye procedure that required me to wear assistive visual devices, and my vision was significantly blurred. After leaving my appointment, I went to Walmart and purchased approximately $180 worth of items needed for my recovery. When I approached Register 6, Jessica was engaged in a personal conversation with the customer ahead of me, who appeared to be a friend based on the nature of their discussion. While waiting, I placed my items on the conveyor belt. Although the front of my shopping cart remained behind the pin pad and I was not obstructing anyone, Jessica abruptly and rudely told me to "get out of the way" and "back up". The tone she used was unnecessarily harsh and upsetting, to the point that I became emotional and began to cry. Because of how I was treated, I removed all of my items from the belt, placed them back in my cart, and proceeded to Register 5, where Jorge assisted me. He was courteous, compassionate, and helped me feel much better after hearing what had ocurred at the previous register. Unfortunately, the situation did not end there. While checking out, I could hear Jessica discussing the incident and laughing about how I supposedly did not understand "personal space". Although my vision was impaired, I could still see and hear what was taking place. Given that I was visibly wearing assistive visual devices, I believe I may have been singled out and mocked because Jessica assumed I was blind or visually impaired. I reported the incident to customer service, where I spoke to a younger male employee and an older female employee. I also submitted a complaint to Walmart Corporate. However, I do not feel that these actions adequately address the seriousness of what occurred. As a regular customer of this Walmart location, I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received. No customer, particularly someone recovering from a medical procedure or living with a visual disability, should be subjected to ridicule, humiliation, or disrespect. I am especially concerned about how future customers with visible disabilities may be treated if this type of behavior is allowed to continue. I believe this incident warrants serious attention and appropriate corrective action to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect.

I went to the dog wash station at the Naugatuck CT tractor supply. The floor was not the cleanest…read morebut there were 2 tubs seemingly clean and a cabinet I assumed offered all the amenities listed on tractor supplies website for naugatuck - brushes, towels, etc. The towels were all I really needed because hair driers are advertised at this location and I have my dog's owns shampoo and washmitt. One tub didn't work water wise. So i switch my dog to the other. All is going well until 3/4ths of the way of washing my dogs shampoo off that the water started rising from the bottom. A clog obviously and def not a clog just from my dog built up. No towels were in that cabinet. The dryer hoses would not stay connected to the compressors. I had to walk my dog half dried to the front to ask a manager for a towel & tell him the situation. He said he would send someone back. 5 minutes waiting for a towel with my dog & self stressed & no one came. I had to flag down an employee who when i pointed out the issues to them they truly didnt care. Said talk to the manager. Such a disappointment as I am disabled and thought this would be a helpful service for me compared to washing my dog in the tub at home. But no, it ended up being worse! I dont know if it was the people on shift today or what but please if this cannot be a clean and up kept service do not advertise it as so. Online it seems like a spa. In person just a disgusting! Never ever would go here again.

I use their app to load coupons and then just plug in my phone # at the register. The line usually isn't very long but even when it is it does move quickly which makes it easy if you just need to run in for one or two items. The sales people are helpful.
