Five Below is a higher-priced Dollar Store/Tree without many food products. Their lights are brighter, so it seems cheerier. The store doesn't present to me much of a savings. Much of the items are priced in the $4 range and if you are specifically looking for something, you should probably know what they have and what they don't. They really do not have much of a variety of products. Good for toys and cell phone accessories, but be cautious with the phone ware. The store really doesn't do anything for me. read more

Five below has a lot of interesting stuff for sale, it has great water shoes that i love to buy each spring, i love the ones they use to have but they got a new style in this year too. the prices are pretty cheap and they have a ton of candy, key chains, electronics, and seasonal items, that are great and cheaper than some stores, i love the whole store and style of the store. a very busy store with a lot to choose from, and the cashiers are not the most friendly but i do enjoy going there when i get a chance. unique items and large quantities of t-shirts and fun gifts that make this an interesting shopping experience. read more

The most racist and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shout out to the horrible excuse for a Manager Donna! When my 6 year old asked her a question she was such a rude, unprofessional Woman. Anywho, when I confronted her about it she blamed it on her cold. What does your sickness have to do with being rude to customers? Anywho, I went back a few more times over the year to shop and tried to avoid her. Long and behold, I returned because what can I say ... (they have some pretty decent toys and cute things for a 6 & 4 year old.) but first I had a return and guess who had to help me , Donna. So she waves me over with an attitude, so unprofessional, no "can I help the next guest in line" etc or anything. I walk up and return a iPhone X screen I didn't want. She had an attitude about that. Asking why I wanted to return it. Even though I didn't owe her an explanation, I explained because it was too thin and not the glass material I expected. Anywho I got my return process and decided to look around the store. As Im walking around and looking while she's stalking me and finally comes up asking if I am "finding everything ok" because we were so close it would of been awkward for her not to speak. First off I'm not going to jail for a $5 item so you can chill. I have no problem paying for a $5 item. So I said no "I'm fine, but I'm so shocked you guys carry incense holders... now I don't have to drive to a store in red bank who sales them" She replies slyly "YEAH NOW U CAN SAVE YOUR GAS MONEY AND GO BUY SOME POPEYES CHICKEN INSTEAD" First off there isn't even a Popeyes near so she clearly was trying to be racist and second even if there was a Popeyes nearby she's still a piece of trash. I was shocked I couldn't believe this ignoramus said that racist ignorant remark. I just looked at her in disbelief like did this bihhh really just say that and left. I contacted corporate and got through to Linda who responded very quickly and said the district manager would reach out to me. It's been 4 days so I followed up and Linda apologized because she forwarded the wrong number to the District Manager. This store is one of the smallest five bellow's I have ever visited. There is great variety but nothing really stuck out as gotta have it & I usually walk out with a bag full of stuff. They have things from candy to phone accessories. They also allow you to avoid the embarrassment of gifting for birthdays with last minute gifts. The staff was very courteous. The store was well organized but because it was so small it seemed like things were one on top of the other. GREAT selection. Well laid out store. Helpful, cheery employees. The perfect place to find rare, but useful items knowing that you're paying a maximum of five dollars. Keep in mind the Five "BELOW" part, where you can find MANY items under Five Dollars. The stock changes often, so be sure to visit frequently. I LOVE the electronics section. Now that Radio Shack is no more, and Best Buy is over-priced, Five Below is a fantastic and fun alternative. There are a lot of things for kids there, but an equal selection of items for adults that you wouldn't necessarily expect to find, e.g. Make-up, Yoga Mats, socks, books, and again, a great selection of electronics. Final example: You can pay up to $25 for a 6 foot HDMI Cable, where as at Five Below, you can find a 12 foot high quality HDMI cord for 5 bucks! Lots of iPhone & Android accessories too!
