I was getting ready to trade my car and got a flat tire that could not be repaired. I checked 5 different tire shops and the cheapest I could find was $118 to $195 for a single tire. My wife found Five Brothers on-line. They were awesome! i dropped my tire off and in 45 min. it was ready for pickup. I got a really great tire for a great price. They should advertise. They provide a great service because not all of us can just drop over a $100 in the spur of the moment, The tire I got was a better brand than the one's in my vehicle. If I could give them a no star I would. I called prior to arriving because my car was already going flat, was told they only take cash, I then asked how much and he told me worse case scenario pull out 60. So I drove already on a flat tire to an ATM just because they only take cash, and pulled out money, when I arrived I saw one of the mechanics in the garage they didn't acknowledge me at all until much time later not even to let me know how many people were ahead. Once he was able to speak to me I asked for direction I had already parked my car in there parking lot, I let him know hey it may be at 0 air pressure soon should I move the car or what to be preventative he said no. I said so it's ok to be on 0 air when it's my turn and have to move into the garage, he said no and they would not be able to service it if it's flat in the parking lot so should I call triple AAA he said if you want to. After much time it is finally my turn he then tells me I don't work on those kind of cars. I can't make this thing up, Now I'm on a flat tire that just needed a repair!!! Beware this could be you. So I'm writing the review while I'm outside there shop, while I'm waiting for triple AAA to take it to a shop where they know what there doing. What a complete waste of time!!! Never again. Update -Le Schwab in Temecula repaired my tire for freeeeeee.... I insisted on paying they still said free patched up my Maserati Ghibli and sent me on my way next time no mater where I have a flat I'll pull over and have AAA tow me to a reputable company. My wife struck a curb last night & blew out our tire in San Diego. Debated staying in San Diego for the night just so I can go tire shops I know have very affordable used tires down there. Came in for four tires and after I had left there was a little vibration in my vehicle. They came to my home and picked up my car, fixed the issue and dropped it back off to me. Leaving this review specifically for Daniel and Marco. I had called every other discount tire place in the area to which all charged me outrageous prices for used tires. When i arrived with a walk in appointment they had already two vehicles in their bay and i had honestly been expecting a one hour wait (per usual at most commercial tire places i go to). I was dumbfounded when Marco and Daniel not only got both customers ahead of me out the door, they also serviced my tires in what was roughly 15-20 mins tops. EXTREMELY quick service, Marco and Daniel both seemed like very honest and diligent workers. Bring Cash and save on Used and brand new tires. My only complaint is that they don't always have the size that I needed but only this only happened once. I replaced all four tires on my Jeep and told them I wanted to go larger and for $400 BRAND NEW INSTALLED they delivered. Talk about fast service!!! read more

Sold me a bad tire and the wrong size, and refused to replace it. Said there's no warranty on used tires, after asking me how long ago I bought it (7 days) then says warranty is only good for 72 hours. Took the car over so they could look at it, and then he tells me he'll replace it for another $15 in labor charges!!! Just bad business. Cash only? A mixed review. The price is right. If you need cheap tires fast and they have them, great. But you get what you pay for. They did not balance my tires correctly and I went back a few weeks later thinking they would fix it real fast. They wanted to charge me?! If it had just been that I waited too long I could have thought ok this is not American Tire Store, but when I said it was a problem as soon as I got on the freeway later that night after they put the tires on, he started to say how it must have been because a weight fell off in the rain...seemed to suggest I was not being honest. So, just because of that I won't be back. Lifetime value of a customer is not a concept they get, but again the prices are solid, but be prepared to go back right away when they make a mistake and they are fairly nice but have no customer service training. ...and it's cash only, even though taking payments with a cell phone is now too easy to ignore. read more

Great, quick service! I called looking for a odd sized tire for my car and they had 2 waiting and ready to go. When i got there they took my car right in and started working quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for 2 tires and balance on all 4. Remember that they are cash only so its best to call and get a quote before hand so you don't have to go back out to get cash.
