This is the name on the building but establishment is known for five Brothers tires
    Ki D.

My tire had a sssslllow leak, but irritating enough to have to stop and put air in my tire before I hit the highway before or after work. Work was done for the week but pay day was one day away. I barely had enough Money to change my mind. I'm talking about I had to put my Starbucks on layaway‍ These guys had my back for the low low price of $50 smackeraroo's!!!! OMG! Yes it's used, Yes it's good safety quality , and Bam $ saver. Not only was the price right but they check the pressure on my other tires, and they warned me that one of my Lugnuts is stripped and I should go to see a mechanic to get those things replaced. I forgot to mention they took my donut off and put the new tire on for no extra charge for a single mom that was a bonus yaaaaaay baby!!! They also sale new tires as well. I know one thing this place doesn't Fall Flat with disappointment.

Replacement tire bought from other tire shop for same price from 2019

It doesn't say 5 Brothers on the building but this is the shop. Not trustworthy, sold us unsafe tires and then offered to throw them away for us instead of refunding the money we spent on them. So he knew they were trash but 2 days ago they were worth $40 each. They also only take cash and dont give receipts, hmm I wonder why. We we're stupid for falling for it but hopefully this stops anyone else. We were on our way home to Vista when we noticed that 2 of our tires were worn and unsafe to drive on. We googled for a tire shop and found this one. As money is extra tight right now we couldnt afford new ones so we got 2 used tires to hopefully hold us over for the next month or so. We didn't notice any issues at first because we sat in traffic for the rest of the way home but when we drove it the next day at highway speed it felt like they were going to fall off. At first we assumed they just needed to be balanced so we went to a local shop to get them balanced and they said they were unsafe to balance. We figured they were just trying to upsell us so we stopped at a few other shops and got the same story. One shop offered to balance them for us for free to prove it wouldn't fix the problem so we let them and it was true, it felt the same driving at speed. We bought 2 more used tires for the same price from the shop in Vista and they were 8 years newer and came with a 2 month warranty on anything that happened to them. He also gave us a receipt, which looking back we definitely shouldve insisted on from this shop. We made the trip back up to Temecula today to return the tires and that obviously didn't happen. We assumed it was an oversight, no one would sell tires they knew we're unsafe, right? Unfortunately that wasn't the case and he intentionally sold us 9 year old tires and then tried to pin the blame on us for paying for them. Most manufacturers deem tires unsafe after 6 years, some companies will push it to 10 years. These specific tires, Hankook, are deemed safe for 6 years. On Sept. 10 of 2019 a law was passed prohibiting the sale of unsafe used tires in California. Any reputable shop wouldve recognised the issue and refunded the money or replaced the tires with safe ones and it would've been over. Even a semi intelligent shyster would've just gave us the money back and sell them to the next person dumb enough to let this shop touch their car. I guess its good he didn't take them back because then someone else would be stuck with this problem. It will be hard to prove anything without a receipt, which makes sense why he wouldnt give them, but we will try and hopefully this warning will help. Don't stop here unless your tire pops in the parking lot and even then demand a receipt, your lawyer's gonna need it to help you pay for your medical bills when your tires blows up on the freeway cause this guy wanted to make a quick buck.

    Michelin tires

Fast and friendly customer service! I bought new Michelin tires for my suv and immediately after leaving, I noticed how much more smooth my ride was. Very knowledgeable and helpful shop. Thank you Five Brothers Tires!!

Great burgers and great fries. My only issues is the price. But then again everything is priced to high now.

Not a fan. They offered $20 for my $200 3 week old tire and were definitely trying to scam me.

Five Stars -- My '69 VW Bus Got New Shoes... and Apparently She's High Maintenance!…read more If you own a vintage Volkswagen, you already know the deal. You don't just drop her off somewhere and say, "Throw some tires on it." Oh no. Owning a nearly 60-year-old VW Bus is a little like dating a very needy girlfriend. She wants the right shoes. They have to fit perfectly. She wants everyone to be gentle with her. And if somebody treats her wrong, you're definitely going to hear about it on the ride home. Thankfully, Dylan and the crew at American Tire understood the assignment. I've been a longtime customer, but bringing in my 1969 Volkswagen Bus required a little more attention than your average tire change. Dylan and his staff took their time making sure we had the correct tire size and proper fitment before doing anything. And believe me--I was probably that guy. "Are you sure they'll fit?" "Can we check that again?" "Please be careful with the wheels." "How are you tightening the lug nuts?" Basically, I was hovering around like an overprotective VW dad while my Bus was getting fitted for a new pair of shoes. But Dylan and his team never made me feel like I was being a pain. They were patient, professional, and understood that when someone brings you a vintage vehicle, it's more than just another car. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. The team hand-tightened each lug nut and took the time to inspect everything around the wheels and tires to make sure everything looked right. No rushing, no impact-gun NASCAR pit stop--just careful, professional work. That kind of attention means a lot when you're trusting someone with a vehicle that's been on the road since 1969. They also gave me a very respectable longtime-customer discount, which was greatly appreciated. It's always nice when a business recognizes the people who continue to come back year after year. Bottom line: Dylan and his staff were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and treated my vintage VW with exactly the kind of care I was hoping for. So the Bus has officially left American Tire with four new shoes, all the attention she demanded, and absolutely no appreciation for the guy who actually paid the bill. Typical. She's happy. I'm happy. My wallet survived. Five stars for Dylan and the entire American Tire crew. The '69 Bus is back on the road, riding great and looking good. Now excuse me while I take my high-maintenance German girlfriend for a drive through Wine Country. Be Aloha. Drive Vintage.

The associate was really friendly and helpful when he told me that the rear right one was significantly lower than the rest. He recommended that I come in to get it inspected as soon as possible, just in case, since it was going to rain the next day. It was a good thing that I did, too, because there was a giant nail in the tire! They were able to repair it, so it didn't cost me anything other than my time. The wait for walk-ins was only about 1.5 hours, which isn't bad at all considering how last-minute it was. The associate who helped me with it was also super kind and made the entire process extremely easy. Their tire pressure station is also a lot more efficient and organized. There's always someone ready to pump up your tires, while the other location near my house has an insanely long line because there's usually no associate there ready to work the machine. Always a pleasant experience!

However, it took 55 min, before they even started working on my car. What is the point of making an appointment when it takes that long just to get started! After the job was finished, I brought it up with the tech and he claimed I didn't have appointment and brushed me off. 15 min after I left, I realized I was not given a receipt or any kind of paperwork so I had to drive back. Again, I brought up the issue with the salesperson about the appointment time and the long wait. He then acknowledged that I did have an appointment but that they had not checked me in as an appointment but as walk in. He brought up that at some point, in the future, they might have a guarantee if it's not done in a certain amount of time, you would get reimbursed but that doesn't help me now since that policy doesn't actually exist. I did ask, since he brought it up, if they would take something off the price (I wasn't asking for a full reimbursement or free tires) or do something to make it right but the answer was No. They weren't going to do anything. TLDR: They made a mistake. They admitted and acknowledged thier mistake. They did nothing to try and make it right. They did not care about me or respect my time. I will go elsewhere in the future.
