I came in really needing a used tire because my tread was showing really bad on one of mine. They told me they had plenty of mine in stock and after telling me the price (which was super good!) I was able to get another one replaced too! If you're looking for used tires these guys are AMAZING! Honestly I was so impressed. My tire had a sssslllow leak, but irritating enough to have to stop and put air in my tire before I hit the highway before or after work. Work was done for the week but pay day was one day away. I barely had enough Money to change my mind. I'm talking about I had to put my Starbucks on layaway‍ These guys had my back for the low low price of $50 smackeraroo's!!!! OMG! Yes it's used, Yes it's good safety quality , and Bam $ saver. Not only was the price right but they check the pressure on my other tires, and they warned me that one of my Lugnuts is stripped and I should go to see a mechanic to get those things replaced. I forgot to mention they took my donut off and put the new tire on for no extra charge for a single mom that was a bonus yaaaaaay baby!!! They also sale new tires as well. Greg and his son Marco are the dynamic duo of tires! Seriously, these guys are like the Batman and Robin of the rubber world--only with fewer capes and more tire irons. I've been rolling into this place for years, and every time I leave, my car feels like it's had a spa day. They've treated my family and me so well that I'm starting to wonder if we're distant relatives. Now, why would you drop a small fortune on brand new tires when 5 Brothers can get you rolling for a fraction of the price? I'm talking about tires that cost $350-$400 each new--yeah, let that sink in--versus $60 a pop here for some gently used, still-kicking, 7/32 - 9/32nds tread beauties. And did I mention that price includes installation? You heard me right. For the price of one new tire, I'm cruising out with four like-new ones, already mounted and balanced. Meanwhile, the big box shops are over there charging you $20 just to *think* about touching your tires. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. they got great tire price but DO NOT GET YOUR BRAKES DONE HERE. They will charge you to out them on backward. They give the cheapest brake pads. Now my car after a few month is making a whistling/grinding noise real bad. I've been here several times once for an emergency tire. Had a flat on my way to work and I work right by there. So I was able to get a tire mounting everything pretty cheap. But I've noticed the prices have been creeping upward but that's about everywhere so it's a pretty good value. Used to come here all the time and made sure to tip them every time until they put the wrong size tire on and had my car veering to the right. I called and asked them to check it out but instantly all the the son Marco was worried about was that I was going to be charged just for them to look at it and additionally charged for anything else they had to do. It doesn't say 5 Brothers on the building but this is the shop. Not trustworthy, sold us unsafe tires and then offered to throw them away for us instead of refunding the money we spent on them. So he knew they were trash but 2 days ago they were worth $40 each. They also only take cash and dont give receipts, hmm I wonder why. We we're stupid for falling for it but hopefully this stops anyone else. We were on our way home to Vista when we noticed that 2 of our tires were worn and unsafe to drive on. We googled for a tire shop and found this one. As money is extra tight right now we couldnt afford new ones so we got 2 used tires to hopefully hold us over for the next month or so. We didn't notice any issues at first because we sat in traffic for the rest of the way home but when we drove it the next day at highway speed it felt like they were going to fall off. At first we assumed they just needed to be balanced so we went to a local shop to get them balanced and they said they were unsafe to balance. We figured they were just trying to upsell us so we stopped at a few other shops and got the same story. One shop offered to balance them for us for free to prove it wouldn't fix the problem so we let them and it was true, it felt the same driving at speed. We bought 2 more used tires for the same price from the shop in Vista and they were 8 years newer and came with a 2 month warranty on anything that happened to them. He also gave us a receipt, which looking back we definitely shouldve insisted on from this shop. We made the trip back up to Temecula today to return the tires and that obviously didn't happen. We assumed it was an oversight, no one would sell tires they knew we're unsafe, right? Unfortunately that wasn't the case and he intentionally sold us 9 year old tires and then tried to pin the blame on us for paying for them. Most manufacturers deem tires unsafe after 6 years, some companies will push it to 10 years. These specific tires, Hankook, are deemed safe for 6 years. On Sept. 10 of 2019 a law was passed prohibiting the sale of unsafe used tires in California. Any reputable shop wouldve recognised the issue and refunded the money or replaced the tires with safe ones and it would've been over. Even a semi intelligent shyster would've just gave us the money back and sell them to the next person dumb enough to let this shop touch their car. I guess its good he didn't take them back because then someone else would be stuck with this problem. It will be hard to prove anything without a receipt, which makes sense why he wouldnt give them, but we will try and hopefully this warning will help. Don't stop here unless your tire pops in the parking lot and even then demand a receipt, your lawyer's gonna need it to help you pay for your medical bills when your tires blows up on the freeway cause this guy wanted to make a quick buck. read more

I called these guys looking for 2 tired for my truck. I told them I was flexible on size but I did not want to go to far out. They told me 3 different times they had 195/70/14. In our conversation I personally said ok so they are 195s? They said yes. I show up to get the tires. I mentioned I just called in. Without even looking the first thing he says with a bad attitude. That no one told me that number. He says they only have 185. There's no doubt they weren't honest on the phone and figured I would settle on something smaller. read more

Horrible customer service. I called early in the afternoon and asked the price for 1 tire and was told it was going to be $45.00. The shop closes at 3pm and I got to the shop at 255pm. The guy told me that the price was now $50.00. When asked "why, I was told it was $45.00"?. He told me because they would have to stay late. These are professional tire guys, since when would it take them more than 10 minutes for 1 tire? This is NOT the 1st time the price has miraculously changed when i arrived. I have bought NUMEROUS tires from here, but will NEVER give this business my money again..some might say, well it's ONLY $5.00. It's not about the money, it's the principle. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER: I feel as if this guy stole or extorted money from me. It was a very bad experience. I brought in my tundra cause the tire pressure sensors were malfunctioning. I had two bad ones. He said his diagnostic fee was $40 the. He stated it was too late in the day to work on my truck (3:00pm) he closes at 5:00 pm. He made me pay $40 for nothing but him saying one sensor was bad and he told me to come back tomorrow. Screw this I said, i paid his $40 "cash only" diagnostic fee and left. He didn't fix anything for that payment. He does cash only (no receipts) cause he doesn't pay any taxes. Around closing time They did not screw on my bolts to my wheels... and I didn't realize until I got on the freeway and my wheels starting shaking. I called them and no answer, so I left a voicemail. No call back.. they were closed. So I ended up going to another tire shop so they can fix 5 brothers mistake. I tooK a video of the gentlemen working on my car as proof that I wasn't lying. HORRIBLE ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE I called earlier to get a quote on how much it would be for 4 new tires for my car. I spoke to the owner or manager named Greg... First off , he kept saying I needed to know the exact size of my tires to get an estimate for a new tire . Do you not own a computer there at the shop, where you can easily type in make/model. First shop I ever called that wasn't able to assist me before going in . He kept telling me to just pull over and call back whenever I can get the size of my tires . He didn't know anything he was talking about Second, during the first phone call he right off the bat told me it would be $40 for used & $50 for a new one. I called back after figuring out my tire size inquiring about 4 NEW tires. Greg ended up picking up course.. After telling him my 18' inch stock rim size, he says " yeah so it's going to be $150 for each tire, installed . You're looking at about $600". I stated that when I called earlier he specifically said to me it would be $40 for used & $50 for new . All he kept saying was " oh my god brotha . I NEVER EVER said that , no matter what it's $150 for a new one. Either you get it or not. The bad part is , is that I was referred to by my step dad since he just bought a NEW tire from them a week ago .. For $50 (keep in mind, we have the same exact car. 2004 Nissan Maxima ) .
