However, when we returned, an older lady assisted us and was quite rude. A few days later, we realized the repairs we had paid over $800 for hadn't been done. When my wife brought the ring back, the older lady accused her of lying and bringing in a different ring. After a very unpleasant interaction, she finally agreed to repair the ring.
