Yup, they ask for a tip in percentage increments before I've received anything from them! No matter what you select, they see that so if you choose NO TIP, the clerk sees that before even beginning your order! Select wisely, or else!? My sandwich was marginal but the real gripper was the dirty outer bag which had the cook's gloved finger print marks of grease, meat and whatever else those gloves touched pre-packaging! Got home and the inner paper was no better with cheese and meat falling out and sticking to the paper not to be consumed. I would say $3 of product was wasted, based on the charges levied. Opening the bread completely THEN adding the ingredients THEN closing the bread a tad bit would remedy this but that must only come when you TIP the amount they think they're worth but certainly the company they CHOSE to work for doesn't believe they're worth! Otherwise this company would not expect THEIR employees to be supplementary paid by it's customers! $22 for just a sandwich that I walked to your work station and specifically told you what I wanted on it, you turn and make it, walk 2 steps to set it down and YOU WANT A TIP PRIOR? Reconsider your POS suggestions. The majority of customers are tired of this pre-tip concept that has infiltrated almost every business. I know I am beyond tired and choose not to return.

Food took an unusually long time to come out, and to the server's credit, she recognized the delay before we even brought it up. She apologized and mentioned that a manager would be stopping by to speak with us. Unfortunately, that never happened, and service continued to deteriorate from there. We started with the nachos and cheese curds. The cheese curds were actually quite good. Crispy, flavorful, and probably one of the stronger items we had. The nachos were decent, though nothing particularly memorable. As for the BBQ, it was unfortunately pretty underwhelming. Especially considering BBQ pricing tends to come with expectations around quality and portion value. The ribs were the biggest disappointment. They were so dry they were nearly inedible, with meat crumbling apart from being overcooked. No amount of sauce could bring them back. The jalapeño cheddar sausage had a good texture, but flavor wise it was just okay and leaned overly salty without much depth. My side salad was forgotten entirely, and the cornbread, while having decent flavor, was very dry. The burnt ends also missed the mark. Rather than having the bark and caramelized texture you typically expect, they appeared to be stewed in BBQ sauce, leaving them mushy and overly sauced instead of smoky and textured. One bright spot was the BBQ sauce selection. There were several options, and they were tasty with enough variety to complement different meats. Overall, this feels like a place with good potential and a really pleasant setup, particularly the patio. I'm not sure if we caught them on an off night, but between the slow service and inconsistent food execution, the experience didn't live up to expectations.
