This is the only Five Guys I would give a rating above a 3 because they have a great breakfast and there's nothing better in this particular terminal. Best airport meal ever! Probably my best meal in dc for this very short trip. It is always difficult to find anything decent in an airport. My cheeseburger was just as good as any five guys cheeseburger. My fries weren't quite up to par, but maybe that's because I waited too long before eating them. Service was great as well. Most importantly-it's at the end the C-terminal, around the corner from the main hallway, near the 40s gates. I almost forgot: The prices were great for an airport, maybe even the same as you find outside. if they were higher, it was only by very little. read more

They had an older guy working out front as a greeter which was different. Given how long it took for them to get orders out they could have better used him in the kitchen working. The food was interesting, it was our first time at a 5 guys place so I can't say how it compares to any other. I can say that it was pretty expensive, but that might have been because we were at the airport. One thing I wish I knew before ordering, and there were no signs to indicate this, their "burgers" are double patty burgers, so I'm guessing their "mini's" or whatever they call them are single patty burgers. A single patty burger would have been plenty, but again there was no indication that this was the case. As for how the food was... The burger was fine, nothing special but considering the price I was hoping for more. I'm not sure how the burgers are themselves, but with the bacon, cheese and mayo I had on it the burger was a huge greasy mess. The fry's they have were good, but also greasy. I like greasy fry's so this wasn't a turn off like the burger was. It was an interesting first experience. The food was average and the price was kinda high with a decent wait. This is a mixed review. For starters the location isn't the best, but it was the best for me because it was RIGHT next to the gate I was flying out of. Go to spot of above average airport food. Staff was well cordinated and kept the large number of customers flowing through the line and orders processed in a hurry without impacting quality. I had only a few minutes and was second guessing due to the large line... Took a change and in 5 minutes my order was ready and I had time to enjoy my meal before boarding my flight. I had never had Five Guys before so thought I'd try it. I got a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, grilled onions, pickle, lettuce, and jalapeños. And an order of the little fries. I thought the burger was pretty good and the fresh jalapeños added a great amount of spice. The "little" fries were definitely NOT little. They gave a huge amount of fries thay almost filled half my bag. I have no idea if that's the normal amount but I loved it! The fries were fresh and tasted like they had just been cut and double fried. Yum! Now for the downside...I'm not sure if it's just because I'm at the airport but I thought it was wayyy expensive for just a cheeseburger and fries at a "fast food joint." Over $14! On a business trip, my boss said he has dreams about these sandwiches and bought 2 last time. I swear that's why he flies out of DCA when Dulles is closer. Next time you're flying US Air through Washington National (DCA) (North Pier) and you're in need of some great burgers stacked high, you have to try Five Guys. I got two of their regular hamburgers. Oooops. Little did I know one of their burgers are two hand-made patties stacked with whatever you want on top. Perfectly cooked and very tasty. I didn't think I could finish 2 2-patty burgers but they were soooo good. I also had a small cup of their fries. Unless you are very very hungry, a small is alot. Of course I did have 2 of their burgers so maybe if you had just one and a large if you're into some thick cut taters... Def worth the few minutes to have a fresh burger on the go! This is by far the best dining option in Terminal C at Reagan National! I have flown out of this terminal many times and this has become my goto place for a quick meal before my flight.. The burgers and cajun fries always hit the spot, are always served fresh from the grill, and the SERVICE is consistently good which is a pleasant surprise for a busy airport location. A word of advice for first timers in Terminal C, this little gem is hidden at the end section of the concourse around the corner near gate 37, and despite the odd location it is always packed with eager travelers craving a satisfiying pre-departure meal which speaks for its popularity and success, so be patient and you shall be rewarded! I had a tasty veggie sandwich here. It was basically a hamburger bun loaded with veggies. However, it had TONS of veggies on it, to include grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, lettuce, and tomato. It was one of the better variations of this type of sandwich that I have had actually. It was a very filling sandwich, and I imagine that their burgers are pretty good too. The fries were allright, but I wasn't a huge fan. If in the airport, I would recommend it. They have very competitive prices compared to all the other vendors. read more

5 guys makes a darn good burger. Just dont get too many toppings on it. I like to keep it simple and just do chopped onions and mushrooms. The fries are pretty good too. A bit too much of the peanut flavor but overall good. They also do pretty good hot dogs too. I've tried the kosher dog and enjoyed how they sliced it in half and then cooked it. Such a wonderful place can only be created by Satan himself...oh but what a delight it was! I was weary from my flight from PHX to DC. Burger and Fries. I don't really let myself indulge in a burger and fries and I am honestly very picky about both. I walked up to Five Guys counter and surveyed the menu. It was very simple, burgers and hot dogs. I think they might have had some healthy stuff, but I really didn't care. If you're going to go, go big or not at all. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The girl at the counter asked me "Do you want a little cheeseburger or a cheeseburger?" I didn't stop to ask her why she was asking me such a silly question. I responded "cheeseburger" thinking maybe she didn't hear my first request. The girl looked at me like "woah" and walked away...hmm. Well, when my order came up, I saw why she looked at me crazy. It was a BIG double cheeseburger that could have easily fed 2 people. Or one really hungry Diva Goddess that didn't eat anything at all that day. I know, what you're thinking: When can you date me? Right? I digress. I bit into the burger and it was heaven. The patties were fried crispy on the outside and were meaty on inside. The fries were REAL potatoes that had been flown in that morning. I guess they get their potatoes from different states and they post where the potatoes of the day came from on a white board. Um..yeah... I ALMOST ate the whole dang thing! I'm just that sexy people! I am so glad that I don't live right down the street from one of these joints because I would be in deep trouble! Disgusting. I can't believe people in DC actually think 5Guys is a good burger joint. The burger consists of 2 very overcooked, greasy patties of meat that taste in fact like burnt grease on an average commercial bun. If you want a burger like this, you'll find a better one at Burker King. read more
