What does one have to complain about a location where the staff are courteous, enthusiastic without being saccharine, and always get your orders right? We have waited to order because managers or staff were working out a difficulty with a customer calmly, politely, and with a view towards resolution. I love this location. They are just so.... nice. The burgers, fries, shakes, and service are always great. It's in the Lenox Mall food court so it's just a counter kiosk with two registers and some other machines on the backside of it. The food court is nice, newer and cleaner than most. What is supposed to be hot is always served hot and what is supposed to be cold is served cold. The food and shakes are good. Go when shopping or pop in to eat on a whim. read more

Prices are pretty high for fries $7 for regular and $9 for large BUT they're fresh and real fries #ifykyk. We got there right before they closed and they over-filled our bags (nice!). Friendly staff. read more

Staff were nice and all but at the end of the day it's a chain located in a mall cafeteria, not making for a fancy ambiance. Even the fries being fresh had barely any of the famous cajun powder which was hugely disappointing. The burger itself was more or less consistent. I visited the Five Guy at the food court in Lennox Square in Atlanta. To be fair I understand there is no room for expectations at food court restaurants- however I still found myself disappointed. The cashier wasn't friendly, and the service was pretty poor. He took our order with his gloved hands, wiping his nose as he rang us up. He didn't confirm the order accuracy before walking away to allow me to pay and start my order. I can't confirm that his gloves were ever changed. I loved my hot dog though. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed the service at this Five Guys location (Lenox Mall). The employees seem to really take pride in making the perfect burger. Loved the great attitudes. Ordered the single cheeseburger with almost every topping you can imagine. It was really tasty!! Had to take off one star for the employee taking orders who started dusting the lights above the cash register & the condiments. That probably should've been done before store hours. I have been a fan of Five Guys for many years and it is often my top pick when I crave a cheeseburger. The Lenox Square location is convenient and I have always had a good experience here even though I may not stay to dine in the food court. Service is always efficient and the food is consistent. I had another good experience here today but wanted to share a miscommunication that I will do my part to help with the next time I visit. I am hard of hearing (HOH) and wear a badge on my purse. Typically when orders come out they are called by number by a staff member at the end of the counter near straws and condiments. I always wait right by the area so I am likely to hear, lipread, and possibly see the number on the bag. This occurred with most of the orders before mine until at some point it didn't. I didn't realize my number had been called until a customer returned to the counter with a bag (standing next to me) and reported he had picked up the wrong order, which was mine. I then noticed that a line cook was calling the order numbers from the back in the kitchen. She was loud but because my loss is about clarity and numbers are sometimes said in different ways, I missed it. Because of the mix up my order had to be remade and I know that was extremely frustrating for the cooks who were dealing with busy lunchtime on a Saturday. Next time I plan to make staff aware of my HOH staff when I place my order. For customers with various disabilities especially it would be helpful if Five Guys and other companies consider using microphones or another standardized notification system for orders; I'm sure the staff wouldn't mind saving their voices too! read more

The service was exemplary and the staff was very attentive. The Veggie Sandwich was surprisingly good and has come a looooooong way from Five Guys original iteration of their Veggie Sandwich, which was just lettuce, tomato, onion and some kind of sauce. At this stage of the game an actual Veggie Burger would be a good evolutionary step, but I understand keeping it simple. The fries were awesome AND abundant, however, they are probably a bit over-priced for my tastes. I'll definitely go again, but without an actual Veggie Burger on the menu, I'm not pressed to make it a regular visit. read more

I still think that this is the best eatery at the mall. I'm a fan of their fries. However, last time I purchased a small fry and received huge bag of fries. Fries were still fresh, yummy, but the small fries were smaller than the portion I received last time. Still a generous portion, though. I am a big Five Guys head, and would say that it is generally the best fast food burger that there is. However, I have to admit this Lenox location is below average. Something about the ingredients just doesn't taste as fresh as your typical Five Guys. It's a subtle difference, and it's possible that it's in my head. But subjectively, every time I eat here I don't come away with the sense that Five Guys is amazing. read more

So sad. My favorite chain, but this is the location assigned to my doordash. Ordered 4 times. One time never showed up at all. Other times were wrong and took over an hour and a half. Maybe it was luck or maybe it really was just damn good service! Of course thanks to COVID it's masks up and keep your distance but don't be discouraged, you can still smell the delicious burgers and fries that are being made fresh just for you. The price was higher than the other burger places I won't mention here but was very much worth it. The cashier was super helpful in helping my picky eaters build their burgers. The overall establishment was well organized in getting in and out and even had a cute little outdoor seating set up. Napkins and condiments are given upon request to help in cutting down virus spread but they are not stingy... maybe they saw kids and said oh yeah let's help a mom out and for that I thank you Now the food!!! Let's just say if I didn't need to breathe between bite I wouldn't.. it had all the flavor of a backyard bbq burger without the creepy uncle! This is mostly just a shout out to your employee Trevin S. Came here today (4/26/17) for a burger around 11:45am. He was the only one working and there was a consistent line of two or three people for ordering. But he kept it cool, calm and friendly! He multi-tasked so well - taking orders, cooking orders, taking payment, and handing out orders. I was just so impressed by how he handled the start of lunch rush all by himself. Huge kudos for him.
