I just adore Willys. It just tops all other fast casual burrito spots. I'm here at this location at least a couple of times a month. You can't beat the quality and taste. Their spicy chicken is incredible, the ground beef is okay and I would pass on the steak. My go to is the spicy chicken frito burrito and add grilled veggies. Service can be inconsistent, but I mean it's tough with high turn over and highschoolers for staff. Make sure to get the Willys app on your phone if you frequent this spot. For these chain restaurants, I do not have much to say except they are what you would expect. Restaurant is clean enough. They have the salsa bar. Service was always been average. Going through some the recent reviews. Surprisingly, all the recent reviews are pretty positive. There is one that takes they had to wait for 5 minutes for the person to make their dish. I highly doubt this is a case since they just add the food as you request it. Another review critiques their meat. For the price and type of food, I would not go in expecting gourmet food and top cuts of meat. Like I said a solid average location and one of the few places that remain that you may actually get a little more bang for your buck. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Willys. I never had it before and was ready for it to be another chipotle knock off. But I really liked the food here it was super fresh. The topping options are phenomenal. They have so many different kinds of veggies as well as sauce says you can customize your bowl. When I'm in the mood for a quesadilla and some fresh lemonade, this is my go-to spot. Location and Parking Willy's is located in the Edgewood Shopping Center. Parking is plentiful and free. Venue and Atmosphere The restaurant is clear and the (free!) salsa bar greets you at the door. The flow of the restaurant, from ordering to seating, is clear and the choices of meat and toppings are laid out well. Food and Beverages I always order a grande quesadilla with spicy chicken, jalapeños, and grilled veggies. I love their freshly made lemonades, especially the mango flavor. I take full advantage of the free chips and salsa every time I go. Their guacamole is some of the best I've had at any restaurant, and I'm a guac connoisseur. Service Service is always friendly, and I've never had any problems with my order. Well... except that time I had to ask for chips because they didn't offer them to me haha! I regularly eat at this location and and generally happy with the food and service. I think online order has ruined the customer experience. It's a no win. When I try to order online, it's never ready when it says it will be. When I go in person, it seems like online orders take precedence over people waiting in line. I ordered online when I left work so I could pick it up on my way home. When I arrived, I had to wait and watch people who arrived after me go through the line and get their food before me. AND THEN when I got home, the order was not correct. Places that cannot accurately fill both online and in person orders should either hire more people or not take orders online. It's the kind of food that it's good while eating than shortly after it just doesn't settle real well. The cheese dip reminded me of velvetta cheese. I'll give this location a solid 2.5 so 3 is what you get. Stopped by prior to going into the office and they had just opened. As usual I get a steak burrito. Getting to the window I start to place my order and had to ask why the steak looked so dry. The cook who was currently serving stated it does and sorta mixed it up to create some moisture. Didn't look enticing at all but hey I've waited 30 minutes so I proceed to order. All in all it wasn't bad but for $17 bucks it wasn't worth the money. Maybe it's just the location. There is plenty of parking because it's in a shopping plaza. The person at the register was very short and made it clear she didn't want to be at work. I will start by saying, my family and I have eaten here since the store opened. However, today is the first time I've had a bad experience. The chips were half cooked and greasy. I visited your Caroline/Edgewood location on Friday, January 15, 2021 and was very shocked that the Young Man (1st person that takes the order) had his mask under his chin and was talking over the food while preparing orders. A big No No during these uncertain times/Pandemic! I asked to speak to the manager and he immediately yelled for the gentleman to put his mask over his nose and mouth. The Young Man/Employee rolled his eyes and shook his head while looking directly at me. In addition to, both the salad, tortilla and condiment areas were not clean...at all. The areas were VERY untidy, leftover food from previous orders were all over the place. Not appealing to say the least. Unbelievable! This Willy's establishment in my opinion looked very UNKEPT, DIRTY, UNTIDY and definitely UNSAFE! This is 2021! We are in the middle of a MAJOR SAD PANDEMIC. Willy's needs to have better, safer protocols for their employees in place to keep their loyal customers safe. If the non-mask Willy's Employee is not in agreement of wearing a mask during his shift...maybe he should consider working for UBER EATS and DOORDASH as they are ALWAYS hiring. read more

Ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes after arrival in order to get our food. Completely understand the wait at first as it was very busy in the restaurant. However, when we received the food, half of our order was missing. We only ordered a burrito and quesadilla so it wasn't a complicated order. When asked if we needed something, we stated that half our order was missing. They then made us the quesadilla but did not make it correctly or include the side items we requested in our order. I was craving Mexican one day and actually looked up my closest Moe's location when an ad appeared for this place. I saw it was closest and gave it a whirl! I went on a Saturday during the pre-dinner rush. Although the line was long, it moved quickly. The employees were friendly and service was decent. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and they definitely don't skimp on ANY ingredient that you add. My bowl was overflowing to the point I didn't think a lid would fit, but it surprisingly did without issue. The free chips included were good and they gave me the perfect amount. The free salsa bar was well-stocked and the salsas were fresh. I will definitely return and to this location.
