I've eaten here once or twice since they built this location which is idk, 5-10 years. Tonight after commencement this is where the graduate wanted to eat so we did. It was late 930ish and the order was taken in style so the service was good. The food came out piping hot but it looked like my burger fell apart and they served it pieced together. Nonetheless i scarfed it down and it was maybe a bit bland as in no flavor and this included my toppings of pickle, tomato, ketchup and mayo. They forgot my mushrooms. All in all for a late night dinner it worked for us but I'll be honest for the price I'll be back in another 5-10 years. read more

This is the only location of Five Guys I'll eat at. Great staff and a clean restaurant. It's a little overpriced in my opinion but the food is always cooked perfectly and they're usually pretty quick about it. Got a burger fries and a Diet Coke it's a very bit pricey $19 and something for a burger and fry and a diet Pepsi so that was a little bit ridiculous. I haven't been to a Five Guys in over a year -- first because I'm not eating much fast/processed food, but also because I've been working from home during the pandemic so I'm not around my usual downtown/PPG Place location very often. Today I had an appointment in the Bridgeville office complex that includes this location (as well as a pizza spot I visited last time and a First Watch), and I seized the opportunity to get some Five Guys. I ordered and paid via Google while I was at my appointment and it gave me an approximate pickup time. I arrived at that exact pickup time and needed to wait a few minutes, but no more than five. There were two parties eating inside the restaurant while I was there, very distanced from one another, and everyone behind the counter as well as non-eating customers were following mask protocols which was nice because, let's face it, we've all seen our share of that not happening these days. The restaurant also looked very clean. I ordered my usual veggie sandwich with cheese, a little cheeseburger and a little fry to split, for a total of $15. The little fry, their smallest size, is always spilling well over the top of the paper cup and really is big enough to split between two decently hungry people if you are both having a sandwich, in our household at least. The online ordering process was a breeze, and not only allows you to choose precisely the toppings you want to add or leave off, but whether you want the normal amount, light or extra. I absolutely love the veggie sandwich here, which is like a cheeseburger with all the fixings except no meat. And if you're going to splurge on fries, splurge on them here. They are crispy and absolutely delicious. I'd say the prices are just a little high for a burger joint but portions are generous and you never leave hungry. read more

Usually a huge fan of Five Guys. Love their fresh burgers, fries, and quick but friendly atmosphere. This location is a joke... not once, but twice we've tried to get food here long before closing hours (tonight the hours were until 10pm, we arrived at 8:45pm) and entered the dining room with doors unlocked only for employees to say they were closed and had been since 7pm?! No updated hours posted anywhere. Do better. To drive 15 minutes to grab a late dinner and be told rudely to leave... it's closed??? We entered with another woman also trying to order for her family and upon leaving watched several others pull up and try to go in and get food. All being turned away. Great burgers and fries. Great service. Love curbside pickup. To those who read this in the future: greetings from the year 2020 where we are all locked down because of a pandemic! With all that is going on we have been reticent to order takeout, but we finally gave in after about 6 weeks. Our first choice - Burgers! Burgers and fries are one of those meals I prefer takeout to homemade. And Five Guys is consistently one of our favorite places for Burgers and Fries. I went with the Little Cheeseburger (because the "regular" is actually a double). I go with BBQ sauce, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. The burger was juicy, flavorful and still hot by the time I got home! Hooray! My wife and I split the regular fries (which is a HUGE). Again, the fries were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of salt. The best part is that we ordered online and picked up within 20 minutes. The staff was really professional and brought the order right to our car. We will be ordering from this location again. read more

Wordy rant ahead, but I just need to say this because I've given this place so many chances and just continue to be disappointed. In fact, my 2 stars are probably generous, but that's more out of acknowledgement that food service is hard work. We moved nearby to this location 2 years ago and so have been here several times, almost always for order ahead/take out. Things are... very inconsistent at this location. Five Guys has raised their prices across the board at all locations, but (certainly at this location) servings have gotten skimpier, and quality and satisfaction has gone down. My husband and I always order little cheeseburgers "all the way" , which you can't click in the app anymore and have to select things individually or just reorder a previous order, but I digress. One thing that drives me crazy is how fast the food cools down. I live 5 minutes away exactly and I always have to reheat my food when I get home, or just eat a cold burger. Even when they have just put my bag together when I arrive . Timing is always an issue. A couple of years ago, you had to be sure to time your "I'm here!" button in the app so that they would start cooking your fries and you wouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook your fries while your burgers sat there getting cold. Now, I just have no idea. It's all out the window. Burger toppings used to be piled so high, you had to really strategize to take that first bite, and then onions and mushrooms would be flying out of both sides. Now, as you can see in the photo, the toppings are so skimpy, (except for the pickles for some reason) that you can barely even make out what's on there. Where's the lettuce? C'mon guys! BTW, I had put my burger patty into my air fryer to heat it up because it was stone cold when I got home, even though the bag was filled and handed to me within a minute of walking in the store. This was a visit a couple of days before Halloween. Fries are completely inconsistent in quality and portion size from one visit to another! On a previous visit here, I watched as one guy's single order was given an enormous scoop of fries into his bag, you know, the way they used to do it at Five Guys (he had a regular fries) and much to my surprise, I watched the same preparer put a really skimpy amount of "regular size" fries into my bag, which contained 2 burgers and 2 grilled cheese for my family. I felt like Oliver Twist asking if I could have more, please, because I ordered a regular fries and he tried to convince me that was normal. I had to say I saw him put exponentially more in the other guy's bag, etc. Geez. My most recent visit is going to be my last for quite a while. With the increased prices, it's cheaper to go to SO MANY other places. Hoping they figure out the balance here because I really used to enjoy this product. read more

Good quality Burger, a little pricey but consistent. The fries are good and their hotdogs are Kosher.

Average burgers and fries. There are much better to be had in the area, and there are worse. I have yet to try a milkshake. Maybe one of these days, but after looking over the ingredient lists online, I may wish to avoid the HFCS. Free peanuts are decent. read more

I don't know what happened to five guys but I hope they turn it around. I haven't been to a five guys in a while probably over a year, but I have very fond memories. They were always a little pricey but the value was always there. Throw all that out the window because this last time was awful. The burger Pattie's were small and way over cooked. There was no seasoning on the patty's either. I ordered cheeseburger grilled onions grilled mushrooms and Mayo. The onions and mushrooms again didn't taste like anything. I could see the little Mayo on the sandwich but again tasted nothing. The only thing I could taste was the American cheese. The fries were soggy but at least they had salt on them and they still give way too many of them. The last bit a cheeseburger little fry and fountain drink was $20! In what world is a burger meal $20. Bland over cooked burger soggy fries and a coke for $20. I hope this was just an off night but they should be ashamed charging so much. read more

I really like the Five Guys Chain and their burgers and fries. I've been to many of these in several different states, so I know what to expect. This one is good, employees are nice, good is made fairly quickly and served hot. The only issue - are they skimping on fries? For whatever reason, every other Five Guys uses quite large serving sizes. What they list as Medium is enough for me and my family, for example. But here, I felt like my medium was a small. I asked about it, and they were super nice, and said "no, that's a medium," but still gave me more fries after I asked about it - very nice, but it's different from other Five Guys. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and placed a takeout order at 6:12pm last night. Simple order of 3 burgers and a large fry. They said it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 6:32pm. I paid for my order when I arrived and waited. I waited for 30 minutes while 5 people that came in after me had ordered, ate and left. When I went to the counter and told them they just said "oh we forgot to call out your order to be made". At this point you would think they would be apologetic and quickly make my food or offer something, anything! When that didn't happen I asked for my money back. I walk into this particular Five Guys...and I'm already a little damp because of the rain...and without exaggeration the temperature walking into this place was in the low 60's. My other and myself always order Uber eats from Five Guys to beat the traffic and eat great food. We were missing an item between ordering, filling the order, and delivery. While the Uber eats app was hard to navigate to report a mess up on whatever end I had contacted the manager who was super helpful.
