This trip in here was really on a whim. My girlfriend suggested it and not being a frequent customer, I thought why not. We came in and found a very new employee being "trained" (which I use that word very lightly) by another employee. She did not seem very confident nor did she have basic communication or listening skills. I say this for a few reasons I will mention in a moment. When we walked in, the "trainer" asked us to wait to order. Which was perfectly fine. However, when he was taking a while he did not thank for patients. In fact, he said to the trainee, "Oh they don't mind waiting!" When he realized what he was doing was going to take longer, he told the trainee they would do it later. He then walked away to start doing something with the other employees. The trainee stood alone and confused. We told her the order a few times and still the trainee needed to have the order repeated and corrected. She was going to charge us for soda at one point when we asked for cups for water. Eventually, our order was placed and we sat down to wait. (keep in mind, I am writing this review as o wait) While we did, I heard constantly yelling of odd incoherent phrases in the kitchen area. The only positive aspect of the trip there was the "trainer" asking if we wanted a lid for our water cups. And to top it all off, there were not even five guys there! Ugh read more

Five Guys is a good fast food burger. Quality is consistent with other locations. Tastes just like the burgers you cook on the grill. Fries are good and plentiful. You get the container fillled with an extra scoop in the bag. Service was good. I like to grab a container of peanuts while waiting for my burger. Second time in the last few months at this franchise being disappointed. I had to give my order twice because the first time they entered the wrong burgers as a starting point (even after calling out the correct number of patties to the cook). Then got home to find the fries were soggy, two burgers had onions that were not part of order, and another burger had all the toppings but no burger patty! Truly shocking. This is a great addition to the new plaza in Celebration. The food is great and consistent with other Five Guys I have been to. The service was a bit slow on my first visit, but I plan to be back over and over and over again. You just can't beat a Five Guys burger and large Cajun fries! read more

Came at 750 on a Friday night. With the amount of cars in the lot I thought it would be busy. But there was 4 people waiting on orders while there were 14 people in the back. Out of the 14 people only three were working. I don't know if they were training people but there was no sense of urgency on anyone's part. There was no manger trying to calm the upset customers waiting on there meals nor the door dash delivery drivers. I shouldn't have to wait for my two burgers and fries to be ready while the five people that ordered after me get their orders. Even when I asked about how long mine would be, and was told I was next, I STILL had to wait for two others that ordered after me. Really nice lady tried to apologize for the slow service (hence the second star), but she wasn't a behind the counter employee. I know I have to wait for some good burgers, but the gentleman that ordered immediately after me shouldn't be done eating before I get my food. Next time I'll try the Wendy's across the street...maybe you should consider that as well. read more

I used to have a huge love for Five Guys. I'm not saying their quality or their burgers have gone down hill. I'm not saying their staff is bad either. Their burgers and ingredients are fresh and straight forward, but they just leave something to be desired. I think places like Cullver's and Shula Burger has ruined all other burger stops for me. The cajun fries are also a little bit of a greasy mess. I've always enjoyed the peanuts you can grab while waiting for your food to be cooked. I just don't think I have the same love for Five Guys as I used to. This location is also a little overwhelmed with people as some of the Disney staff offices are located around the corner. I'd still give Five Guys a chance if you've never had them, though! Much better than the McDon-King crap that try to pass as burgers! read more

After coming home from five guys with my order I realized I got the wrong burger last night like it was half eaten with 1 fry in bag. I called back I was told their closed now and to come the next day and to get a Burger and fries that I purchased on the house. It's not on the house you gave me the wrong order and there was nothing else to eat that night. I went the next day to five guys all grossed out from the food given to me last night. I was given a light apology and was given a gift card. I asked if I could have a sandwich and fries done the correct way that I wanted it the night before and it was not done correctly when I got out the store. Plus the lady who is assisting me said if I was pregnant as snarky remark. Which is very rude to ask someone specially one who's not pregnant and had a wrong order that caused a lot of distress. I have never got bad service and food at a five guys but, five guys at Celebration, Florida is just disgusting and rude. If I could give them less than one star I would. read more

We ordered through Uber Eats...the driver couldn't find the resort was the first issue. Then when we finally got the food it was all in one bag; burgers, fries and cold bottled soda (temperature issue). Condensation from the 2 soda bottles, soaked the bags the food was in, so they made the food cold, soggy and the sodas warm. We asked for specifics and didn't get them. Food ended being cold, fries were tough. Called the store to asked who bagged the order, the girl I think couldn't understand. She said they bagged and in the back. Didn't apologize. My husband and I came here for lunch. I hadn't been to a Five Guys in years and there is so much hype around their burgers, I was looking forward to it. I really like how simplistic the menu is and you can essentially build your own burger. I ordered a cheese burger with mushrooms along with a strawberry shake. So you order at the counter and then find a seat while you wait for them to call your number. During the wait, there are boxes upon boxes of shell your own peanuts to enjoy. I don't quite get the correlation of peanuts and burgers and I don't like the idea of a communal box of food so I passed on the peanuts. We did have to wait quite a few minutes for our food and it was so loud inside that it was difficult to hear our number being called. It didn't help that the employees weren't yelling the numbers out. So the burger was ok but I didn't think it was anything special. With so many other gourmet burger restaurants in the area, I was expecting more but it was just bland. The milkshake was the worst. Basically it was a vanilla milkshake with chunks of strawberry mixed in. I was disappointed and didn't finish it. So Five Guys didn't live up to the hype for me. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered online and food was supposed to be ready at 1057 PM on 04/01/21. We arrived at restaurant at 1102 PM and door was locked. There was a employee inside the door and he shook his head no. Indicating that I could not come in. So I knocked of door and showed him my phone indicating that I had a mobile order. He ignored me. After I knocked again he walked over to another door across the store and yelled at me that the store was closed and I could not come in. I then asked the employee to bring my order out. He said no and that I should call store. So I did and I was told that restaurant was closed and they would not bring my food out. So essentially they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Upon leaving feedback with Five Guys corporate I was told that the restaurant followed company policy and manager did a good job following that policy. So they do not care about customer service either. I have eaten at other Five Guys locations for years and after this I will never do so again. Terrible from restaurant to corporate. read more

This place is just so horrible and such a trash aesthetic! They treat their co workers like poo! Ive seen it with my own eyes and I actually heard them curse frequently in front of the guests. they always get their orders wrong most of the time, they try to cover it up by asking if we would like an extra patty! I think not! keep your demonic presence away from us this place needs to be shut down. I have been so patient but they treated me like poo more than once! I love the concept of this place but other than the fries it misses the mark. The Fries are fresh cut from real potatoes and you can tell. they are about as good as it gets. The counter staff was very kind and efficient. Aside from those two things, nothing else impresses. The burger was just a little better than Wendy's. You would expect more being they are using a higher quality than a fast food burger. It is healthier, but something about it just misses the mark of being a gourmet burger or at least a burger worth this price. Maybe it is the way it cooked. I love the simplicity of it, but it is not worth the price of $7.19 for a cheeseburger alone. The shake was decent, but like the burger it is nothing special and over priced. Wrapping everything to go is not a good idea either. It hurts the presentation of the food you are being served. This place is a great concept and places like the in-N-out burger and Shake Shack are my favorite kind of burger joints.
