Well, I've only had Zaxby's a handful of times. They don't have them out west where I live, but I can say that I've never really had a bad meal or experience at any of them that I've been to in the past. I do remember their reward program on the app being very generous. But it's probably been about a year since I've used them, but I remember getting a lot of freebies and a lot of good deals last year. I ordered 20 wings for $20, a promo off the app and walked down to this location to pick up my order. I ordered Nashville hot dry rub, and the Buffalo garlic sauce (I think). Nashville hot wasn't really all that good. I mean it wasn't bad, and if you grew up on Zaxby's it's probably great for you. The Buffalo garlic was okay I guess. Like I said not a bad meal and I would probably order it again, with different sauces. The restaurant itself was pretty clean I guess. It was only a couple people there eating. I got there a few minutes before my order was ready and I watched them box it and bag it up. I was standing next to another woman who I'm assuming was waiting for her mobile order as well. They have a little self-serve kiosk off to the left in front of the registers, for mobile orders. But despite me standing there and the two girls making eye contact, instead of handing me my order they just put it on the to-go rack, which is fine. I stopped by this Zaxbys after shopping to grab a bite on my way home. I ordered in the app and picked the food up on my way home. Ordered a Cobb salad for my girlfriend and a four piece chicken finger for my self. When we get home to eat I was shorted two pieces of chicken and had twenty French fries and this was a double order as I changed the slaw for fries. The salad had no chicken and you could have fit it in a cup. I have never been so disappointed with a location as Commerce and the icing on the cake was even though I ordered ahead I still had to wait 35 minutes for the food. Came here with my two buddies. We asked for heavy sauce on our kicken chickens and they did it and it was soooooo good it was sauced up all up on my sawuce. Came here on a Sunday which is Sunday football day. That means fantasy. I had a conversation with my buddy who was down on his fantassy team because they scored 22 points today. Here is how I encouraged him. Also don't forget encouragement is key to a good relationship with one of your dogs. "Hey man, that is one thing about it. The service was good, but the food was mediocre from what I remember. We ordered chicken sandwiches and chicken fingers with sides of seasoned fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw had no flavor at all, and the seasoned fries had no seasoning. This was pretty disappointing. The one thing that was definitely delicious was the peach tea, although a bit sweet, it definitely hit the spot for this southern belle visiting home for a week! read more

Every Zaxby's location I have been has been pretty good. I like that they not only sell their well known Chicken Fingers but their wings sauce rocks and I love their healthy options. I have always receive quality costumer service, the food is served in a timely manner and overall every time I am in a Zaxby's it gives you the feeling that it is a quality with high standards. I dislike most Zaxby's do not offer wifi, nor coffee nor hot drinks of any kind. It is not a friendly place to come and get some homework nor work done on your laptop because there are no available outlets in their dining area. Ordered a cobb salad at the drive-thru in Commerce, Ga. It was great! Fresh and delicious...

Ordered family meal through the drive through. Get all the way home a the tenders wasn't in there. Instead I got a wings and things plate. I didn't get all of my sauces, which I paid for. I ask for them when I order my food to make sure that I get charged for them because I order a specific amount each time. Once I'm home and realized that I didn't get the $50 worth of food that I paid for, I called up there to speak with a manager. He told me if I came back up there he would replace the meal for the inconvenience. When I got back up there he refused to replace the meal and only gave me the missing tenders. Wouldn't give me the missing sauce. I then had to go back home with the tenders and everything else was cold by the time I got back home with it. So my family had to eat cold fries, cold bread, and hot tenders with out the sauce that I paid for! Terrible customer service. I will not be back to the commerce/banks crossing location. We usually do the family meal twice a month at the Jefferson location and it's always perfect. This is the third time we have tried to give banks crossing the benefit of the doubt and each time something is always missing. Always rude workers. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. read more

This Zaxby's is the absolute worst. Every time I have gone, there has been a problem. The staff is rude and incompetent. This evening, I asked for extra Zaxby's sauce. I received NO Zax sauces. Just a bag of ranch. I never once mentioned ranch. This is not the first or second or third time this has happened. If I am paying for extra Zax sauce I expect Zax sauce! This was the last time I will ever eat at the Commerce Zaxby's. Hire some workers with some sense! Zero stars. read more

I waited 10 min for my food and when I got my food it was wrong. Then when I told the lady my food was wrong she Insisted it wasn't but took it back anyways then proceeded to take 10 more minutes to figure out the mistake and still ended up giving us the wrong food. Sooooo......for the THIRD time these folks have given me a gallon of SWEET tea when I ordered UNSWEET. They verified the order FOUR times and I heard them discussing the need for a gallon of unsweet tea from the drive thru. It's obvious they just gave me what they had available to get me out of the way even though it was off hours and only one car was behind me. I have never been to a Zaxby's where the food has been bad. Here, I had a fried chicken salad with texas toast. Great portion size. I also shared the grilled chicken sandwich basket which came with fries. Also good. I was tempted to get a milkshake, but held out. The only negative experience I had at this location was when I asked for the special Zaxby sauce. I realize some people come in and take twenty - and that costs money! So, as a result, they charge 25 cents per sauce container. But, don't you think they should at least give you one complimentary? Then, if I want extra, I will pay. Don't know if this is a national corporation decision or this individual store, but despite ordering two meals, they wanted my 25 cents before they would give me a sauce packet. Otherwise, good experience and great proximity to the Tanger Outlets and I-85. read more

First, the service was pretty decent. Considering our large group that came in, she did a good job at getting our order right so props to her for that. However, I should've seen it as a sign of the food when I'd ask her how something was and she'd respond, "I don't know, never had it," and that was on several food items. The food was just OK. I've had way better wings. These weren't terribly tasting or anything, I've just had better. This location has always been bad but is now worse than ever. The entire chain refuses to open the dining room back up and forces you to either eat in your car or take food home and eat it cold. But when you couple that with a rude and uncaring sales team led by incompetent management the result is just plain silly. The food has always been great to me! The servers are friendly but not overtly so. There is one gentleman who works there who goes out of his way to be extra helpful and kind. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 is because the restrooms are always so stinky! I never use them! On the kids meal- they only get half a grilled cheese which us crazy to me. I've read a few negative comments here but I just add them up to people being overly picky to be honest. I think most people only come on here to complain, not enough people come here to say how good their experience was. First time having Zaxby's since I moved out of Georgia about three years ago and it's still as good as I remember for the most part. I was a little disappointed in the small size of the chicken fingers, but that wonderful Zax sauce made up for it. The fries had the perfect amount of seasoning on them. Still rather upset that they want to charge $1.89 extra for a small drink if you order a plate, but Popeye's does the same thing. And yeah, they charge 45 cents for extra sauce, but everyone does that nowadays. All in all, I wasn't disappointed. read more

I don't understand the popularity of this place. It smelled oily but I was with others who wanted to stay.
