This is the HOT spot right now for my lunch hour! The thought of the juicy beef, with cheese, crispy bacon and a warm bun waters my mouth! Don't forget about their spicy fries... Great service and great burgers. It's new to Doral so jump on it while it's good! Cashier was FRIENDLY and efficient. I about fainted from shock. :0) Get the little burger to get one patty. The fries were AWESOME, but way more than I could eat. Burgers are pricey! It's so hard to find a good burger in Miami that it's worth the money. I doubt I would come here if I lived outside of Miami. I'm a fan! :0) I tried the location in Aventura Mall last year and thought the burgers were bland and too thin. One of the larger Five Guys I've been to. Very clean, friendly service. Consistent food with other Five Guys. Great unhealthy food when you need it. I always ask for the fries extra crispy otherwise they can tend to be somewhat soggy. read more

Food at 5 Guys is usually pretty good, however its gotten very expensive as of late. But my big issue is, my large party wanted to sit together and the only large table available was occupied. So my party simply rotated tables to put them together. And we get yelled at and then were given absolutely no reasoning for why we weren't allowed to rotate a tables. No path of egress was blocked and mind you the large table I was talking about earlier was in the same position as we were putting the tables in so its not like we were blocking the isle in anyway. Any ways, as a party of 8 we collectively said we will never be coming back to this location. read more

What can I say, I love these burgers, they are perfect and juicy. Not sloppy at all, but my favorite part is the Cajun fries! They always serve them in big cup :) the staff however don't ever seem to be too happy. I'll keep coming here however just for them burgers and fries. read more

I mean, it's Five Guys. The food is, of course, great--but service is... well, let's just say it's less energetic than the one I worked at myself in western Montana. But maybe it's just a diff vibe out west in general. Your burger isn't supposed to take longer than 7 minutes by 'Ten Nuts' (tee hee) standards. At this location, your burger will take every bit of 7 minutes. Guaranteed. There is zero hustle--and hey, maybe they aren't paid enough to hustle. Excellent hamburgers. I had a cheeseburger and it was really good. They aren't greasy and you have the option to choose the ingredients you want (tomatoes, onions, peppers, mayo, and so on) They sell real potato fries, I really like it because you don't feel the oil in them. The prices are reasonable, around $6- 7.00 for the burger and $5.00 for regular fries. I went to the Doral location and it was clean, big place and friendly service. This was my second time here. The first time, the girl taking my order was rude and looked frustrated in the fact that we were new to the system of picking out our toppings. We decided to go back today because the burgers were good. However having just arrived home to open our order, we got the wrong burgers and the fries were burned. I could not be happier about this being in Doral. I've been to this one and the one in south beach. Burgers are amazingggg. Last time I was there I was surprised to find my burger had mushrooms even though I had ordered it plain. I have to say, I was not disappointed! Burgers are soooo delicious and the "regular" burger comes already with 2 meats! I never ever order burgers like that but this one, they can put poop in it and it will still be amazing! I must say that I really do not care for fast food, BUT Five Guys was a really good exemption to that statement. Yesterday I ordered a single patty melt with a side of French Fries and just loved the fresh grilled taste. While I paid roughly $9 for my meal, it hands down was worth it in terms of the amount of food I received and the quality. The young people working there seemed to be a high energy and the environment was cleanly and fun. My kids are picky eaters and they enjoyed it so much that every time we pass by they beg me to take them! Very family friendly and I even have leftovers to take to work today! read more

I like Five Guys and ate here twice shortly after they opened. Normally burgers from Five Guys have a fresh, never frozen taste to them. This location is the only exception I've experienced. I've eaten at probably at least 20 Five Guys locations and would give them all 5 stars except for this one location. Hopefully my two trips were while they were having start up problems - I will give them another try after they are open for a year. read more

5 Guys is the best burger place bar none. I've been to several different locations and the quality is outstanding until now. I recently visited the 5 Guys near Dadeland Mall in Miami FL. With the exception of placing the order everything else was horrible. The place was not as busy as I usually see yet we still waited at least 20 minutes for our food. Usually it takes 5-10 minutes. The quality of the burgers was off.My girlfriends was soggy and fell apart They did not taste as fresh as usual. The fries were downright horrible. No seasoning and they were not crisp or fresh. This was the first time I visited this location so I am not sure if this is normal. Luckily there are more locations to choose from. I will not be going back to this one again. read more

I just started working in some office here in Doral. As a couple of workers and I decided to make a food run. Five Guys was our best choice. Been to different locations and I must say this has to be one of the cleanest I've seen. However, when I walked over to the counter a sweet lady attended me. I told her I had placed a online order under the name of Oscar. Not so sure if she was new or not, she asked a young lady with long blonde hair to help her on the computer screen since she couldn't pull up the order.... This young lady probably gave her the rudest attitude as she told her what to click on the screen... So upsetting that non of these employees had name tag on, because rest assure I would have caught her name. It was so upsetting to me to see this teen (I'm guessing) give someone who can be her mother that attitude! IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHERE YOU WORK...CLOCK OUT... AND THERE IS THE DOOR!!!!
