I'll begin by stating that the customer service for this place is great. However, I know this because my deliveries were usually wrong; I had duplicate meals. For example, my first delivery had 2 of Monday's breakfast rather than a Monday and Tuesday breakfast. As soon as I would email them, they would respond and tell me they would send me the correct meal for the following day and they would. The reason I gave them 1 star is because I HAD to cancel after I was given a lunch of jerk chicken with completely RAW chicken. I sent the picture to the owner and she was very apologetic and sent me free dinner but at that point I did not want really want to eat any of other meals. I'll upload a picture here. I understand that people make mistakes but considering it is one of the most expensive Paleo deliveries... I expected a lot more for the price I was paying.

We opted for the 'medium' size portion lunch, dinner, snack, and it was great. The portions were filling, and I called before ordering to get the nutritional info, which was approx 600-650 calories/meal for this portion size, and 200 calories for the snacks. The snack is often 3 'pieces' of something so you can spread it throughout the day. The food is delicious, and very inventive. Meals are not just thrown together or the same old same old-every meal we received was unique in some way, and the proteins and veggies were always delicious. The service is incredible. Unfortunately, a few cons that outweigh the pros- next to NO veggies in the meals (3 pieces of broccoli or asparagus isn't enough), only deliver on Wednesdays, food has a weird texture and consistency (may be from vacuum sealing it while it's hot), and the flavor overall is lacking. I was also bummed that despite being so "clean", they are package in plastic. I didn't mind not "picking" meals every week (just the # of them), but a lot of people may have an issue with that. I make our breakfast and we would eat just their lunch and dinner. This was the only company out of the three that I did not lose any weight the whole week. Because me and my husband got the exact same food, we weighed the meals and sometimes there was a huge difference in the weight of the meal, but the calories are the same You do not get to pick any food on this plan although you do get to pick some dislikes and other than that you getting what they give. They state that it' is an organic farm, so you will get local and fresh. I found their meat to be very chewy. And their vegetables were not cooked or severely undercooked. I like my vegetables al dente and I had to put the spaghetti squash in the microwave for six minutes just to get it a decent texture. Also, the first day we had broccoli rabe or broccolini, and it was literally raw and not good. Their broccoli was very under cooked as well. Plan on cooking the veggies most of the time separate from the meat due to veggies being pretty raw. So if you want to eat organic food, that's grown local - so they claim, this might be a good way for you to go. I found the food macros to be off significantly and no consistency in the meals. They also say they only get local or wild caught, and one dinner they had salmon. It was not sockeye salmon, nor did they state where the salmon came from or what type it was Out of the three meal companies that we tried, this one was the worst. They delivered a little after midnight and they do not put an ice pack in the bottom of the bag, just on top which was thawed by the time my husband woke up to get the bag at 5am.
