Not all Five Guys locations are alike, and this one definitely stands out. The burgers were ridiculously fresh, the fries were piping hot, and the whole restaurant was so so clean which I honestly did not expect from a spot inside the huge American Dream Mall. So important for me as somebody who doesn't like to generally take their food to go. They even have digital kiosks you can order from so you can skip ordering on a line all together. Food-wise, it's exactly what you expect from Five Guys in the best way possible. You pick your toppings, build your perfect burger, and then mix up whatever wild drink combo you want from their crazy soda machine. This is one of the biggest Five Guys I have ever been too and the one with the nicest interior and exterior. Lots of seating although I do agree with some reviews that some of the tables are dirty and need immediate attention. There is a lot of cushioned booth seating all over the place and free peanuts to stock up! Cannot believe this place got 2 kiosks for self ordering besides at the counter. The ingredients were a bit tricky to add using the self kiosk. They ask if you want the condiment "light, regular, or more". I kept choosing regular for all condiments. Most of the condiments are free of charge. You can customize the burger however you want it to be. I got a double patty cheeseburger, a hamburger, little cajun fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and never fails me. Five Guys always wins my heart with its burgers. The patty is so seasoned and juicy and I like how they use peanut oil, which is the bomb! Fries are so damn good too. Not his was my first time trying Cajun fries and they did put Cajun chili powder on all the fries. Tasted pretty great but I could not taste the spice though. However my daughter did probably tasted the spice because at one point she was salivating like crazy and I had to recover her immediately. Maybe she tasted the spice more than me... anyways the milkshake was pretty good and I got it in chocolate. Cannot believe I ordered the chocolate before I saw that they had the milkshake in coffee flavor! Should have gotten the coffee flavor instead! I wonder how that one tastes! I like that this is one of few food items close to kids entertainment. It's close to the waterpark and theme park. It's also close to Toys "R" Us. The food is always great. Staff is nice. I took one star away for cleanliness. They can do a better job at wiping down tables and cleaning the bathroom. Otherwise definitely recommend. read more

This Five Guys location is located in the middle of the American Dream Mall, so as you can imagine when I went it was quite busy. We went right after the Girl Scout even at Nick Universe, and as you can imagine it was packed with others who had the same idea. I'm not that familiar with Five Guys, so I wound up ordering a double cheeseburger. I love how you can select all the toppings you want at Five Guys!! I will say the food was pretty good, and came out quickly, which was great as we had other plans that day. This is a typical fast food spot in a busy shopping center. read more

Typical Five Guys - this one is located in the American Dream mall. Five Guys' burgers and fries are always usually pretty good. The prices ae what they are, so there is no surprises. You order the drink sizes and then fill your cup with the selection on the self serve kiosks. That area wasn't as sticky and messy as it usually is when customers are allowed to do that themselves - but maybe it was just early. The fries weren't the best. Unsure what the difference was, but they didn't taste as good as they usually do (which is why there is one less star) - not terrible, but not as good as usual. The burgers were fine. The cashier was very friendly. You order, pay, and then wait for your number to be called - same as all locations. For a mall location, this was decently spacious. And they needed that space too, because by the time we left it was a lot more crowded than when we entered. There was plenty of seating options, but not everywhere was clean from the patrons before. I didn't see anyone cleaning the tables at the time I was there, so perhaps they were a little short that day. There were some booths and some tables, so whichever your preference is as you have both to choose from. In a mall with plenty of eateries already, this is just one more option. This location is located right below the Escape Game (don't be like us and walk around in circles in this maze of a mall trying to figure out how to get here). The menu is simple; just burgers, fries and milkshakes. I love that you can add as many toppings as you want for free. I got the little bacon hamburger with lettuce, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and A1 steak sauce. It was a really good burger from the first bite. The difference between the little and the regular hamburgers is that the regular come with 2 patties instead of just 1. The mushrooms and onions made the burger taste even better though I didn't really taste the sauce much. The only way to order your fries is cajun style. It was slightly spicy but not too spicy. They also had single use plastic knives and forks at the sauce station. Don't forget to snack on some free peanuts while you wait for your order. We visited right before the lunchtime rush but the staff was still quick in getting out the orders. I think they'd benefit from a TV where it would display if your order is ready since they did have to yell out the same order numbers a few times. read more

This new FlagShip Five Guys place is extra large and they hook you up with burgers and toppings and fries, plus peanuts to go, so who can complain. I got a cheeseburger with a beef patty that looks like two pounds with everything on it and cajun fries and I wanted to try the Bacon cheese hog dog too. The burger I had was stuffed with toppings and got a little soggy, but that's my fault. It's a BIG FAT burger and will definitely fill you up. The cajun fries and also delicious and has a good kick. I stuffed and gave up hot dog too , but later I wish I kept it because it looked good. They filled my bag with fries so I shared it with three kids belonging to this lady there that looked hungry while I was eating and Yelping. I highly recommend ordering on the app they have I literally went in, got my food, and I was going to leave but I want to take photos of my burger for fear that it will become mush on the way home. After a day at The American Dream Mall... nothing pleases me more than Five Guys! Double all the way with no cheese! That's right no cheese, I don't believe a burger should be covered with cheese. It was right on time. We made it right before the crowd got out of the water park. Only thing went wrong was the women gave me a little dry instead of a regular.
