a cup of milkshakes on a red counter

The service was good, but a bit slow. I waited 25 minutes for my order and I ordered in person. I advise people to order online first then go. I like all the toppings that are available for each burger. I had a strawberry milkshake and it was so satisfying. I didn't care much from the fries. My bun was a bit too soft and soggy though. I did get a stomachache after eating the burger...so I'm a bit afraid to go back. I relieved myself and felt better afterwards, so it wasn't that bad.

Enjoying a delish burger with my 3 guys

Went on a family lunch date today. Five guys is always delish. Service was fast and friendly and the store was very tidy. Wasn't terribly busy. Food was cooked perfectly and delicious as always. Today I will say I tried the little bacon burger with no cheese and I almost like it more without cheese. And considering they charge $1 for cheese not having cheese on it tasted so much better!

Ordered a bacon cheese burger, got a cheese burger with nothing that I asked for on it and what seemed like everything that I didn't want on it. Super frustrating since I drove all the way home got comfortable and come to find out I didn't even get what I ordered and got screwed on the difference in price. Check your burger before you leave.

I suspect that the real reason for asking for peanuts not to be removed from the store is to keep costs down

It is interesting that the item I like most about "Five Guys" is the way they identify which sandwiches are which. Each order has a printed itemized list of each sandwich ordered, and each has its own ID number assigned. Each wrapped sandwich in the order is given a sticker corresponding to the ID number on the invoice. This way, you can easily identify which is which, without having to open each one to see what's on it. Also noteworthy is that each sandwich starts plain, but toppings are free. You add only what you want, instead of having to specify what you don't want, and hope they don't mess it up. How are the burgers and fries? They're OK. The burgers are better than McDonald's (which isn't really saying anything), but are not as good as Carl's Jr. The fries are reasonably good, prepared from fresh potatoes that they cut on-site. They never seem to be crispy, though. The french fry portion sizes are deceptive in that regardless of which size you order, they add another big scoop on top of the cup size you ordered in the bag they deliver them in. In other words, a small has lots more than the cup can hold. There are also free peanuts in the store, and the bulk boxes of them have warnings to not take them out of the restaurant under the guise of potential allergic reactions (see my photo). This location is very competent, and the staff is friendly. Five Guy's is a welcome addition to Sunnyside Road.

Clean location, fast service, juicy burgers.

Went here last night after a whole day at the river! It was about 9:30PM and not too busy. Just a few people in line. My boyfriend and I got two cheeseburgers with everything on them and a large fries. Super quick and delicious! We went home and ate but they have us an option to eat there if we wanted to even though it was close to closing. The girl taking our order was so bubbly and kind. We love 5 guys and will be back many more times!

    After: Cheeseburger salad, yes please!

First time at this location and was greeted by friendly staff. Went around lunch time and there was no line, so that's a plus. The place was clean and orderly. I ordered the no bun bowl and it was super delish! Ordered the little cheese (all the way) and added green peppers and jalapenos! They provide the ketchup, mayo, mustard, on the side so you can mix in just the right amount. I can tell you once I mixed everything together I literally didn't miss the bun at all! Will keep this place in the ol' rolodex memory when doing no carbs.

Happy Valley Food Carts yeah, I might be a little biased... I live here. And to the three of you…read moretrying to triangulate my exact location based on this review relax, it's not that serious. Let's get into it. Right off I-205 and just a short cruise up into Happy Valley, this spot feels like the food cart scene finally put on a clean shirt and got its life together. It's modern, it's polished, and it sits in a neighborhood where you don't feel like you need to keep your head on a swivel. No chaos, no nonsense just good eats and a relaxed vibe. What makes this place stand out? Options. A ridiculous amount of them. This isn't a "hope everyone agrees on tacos" situation. This is a "you get what you want, I get what I want, and we all win" kind of place. I've officially made it my mission few days left to try as many carts as humanly possible. Call it a food tour, call it a personal challenge, call it reckless ambition... I'm doing it anyway. We kicked things off at K-Pop Korean Hawaiian BBQ-because when you roll with a buddy from Hawaii, that's basically law. And let me tell you, it delivers. Bold flavors, solid portions, and that perfect fusion vibe that just works. Honestly, it set the bar high and that's saying something, because every cart here seems to bring their A-game. The setup is dialed in too. Covered seating for those rainy Oregon days, indoor space when winter decides to show up with attitude, and open-air areas when you want to sip a little wine or knock back a cold brew like a civilized adult. Surrounded by trees and mountain views, it almost tricks you into thinking you planned something outdoorsy... when really, you just came to eat. And here's the kicker it's clean. Like, noticeably clean. The carts look new, the area is well kept, and the whole place feels intentional. Not slapped together. Not gritty. This is food carting with standards. If you're local, you already know. If you're passing through, put this at the top of your list. And if you're doing a full-on food truck tour? Start here. Set the tone right. Because trust me after this, when you head back downtown and start dodging zombies and chaos... you'll miss this place real quick.

Love me some Happy Valley Station!…read more This is like the upscale farmers market of food carts- park your car, enjoy the landscaping, and check it all out. Dog friendly, Kid friendly, 100-year old friendly. Lots of clean and tidy indoor and outdoor cafeteria-style seating to choose from. Carts are covered from the rain, but outside. Beer and Espresso served and paid for inside. Restrooms are accessible and inside. Carts will give you a buzzer to notify you when the order is ready, so you can go walk around or find a seat while you wait. It was very busy this particular day, but no problem, all the carts seemed to be prepared for that! Just a lot of friendly faces who understood we needed to drool over all the menus before arriving somewhere. We landed on Premier Japanese Hibachi and loved all the flavor. Some of the freshest shrimp and yakisoba I have ever had. We also had the grilled shrimp and steak. TIP: don't forget to ask how you want your steak because it is made to order! The sauces on the side were perfect for dipping and sharing. Unfortunately, the portions did feel small for $18 a plate. Also, how to order water with your meal was confusing- another worker said just go inside. Eventually I saw signs that water is free with purchase or $1, but you would think it would be obvious. Overall, Premier Japanese Hibachi and everything else was a hit, 10/10, TY!

I was the biggest fan of Hot Dog on a Stick and I was devastated when they closed. Joe Daddy's has given me a spark of corn dog hope in my HDOAS mourning. We placed our order just 15 minutes before closing time. I asked if it was too late to order a couple of burger and dogs and was told "No problem at all!". Very friendly service. Everything was wrapped and bagged up nicely with napkins included. We order (2) cheese burgers, (2) corn dogs and shared an order of fries. The burgers were good but the corn dogs were the star of the show. There are a few picnic tables available on site if you choose to dine while it's hot and fresh.
