    "Milkshake"
    Loraine B.

So you're telling me these are milkshakes? These are not milkshakes. They look like milk mixed with water. You stand there and tell me it's the machine and that's the way they come out huh! Please teach them how to make a milkshake.

Located on Sunset next to Sunset Casino it's been years since my last visit and the burgers are still great along with the french fries which are always fried in peanut butter oil. To my surprise they now offer breakfast served between 8-11 am. Great service clean dining area.

Grill cheese with pattie and grilled onions is delish! Cajun fries yummy!!! PLEASE remember to get sauces for dip dip! These fries are hot from the seasoning without a dipping sauce. No sauce is inconceivable! My sweet bro went and got me this yumminess and I forgot to mention sauce. This is my 1st time having this food from 5 Guys! Love it!!!! I SPOKE TOO SOON!!! The last part of the burger, 5 grizzle icky meat yucks appeared. I was so hungry, typically after the 1st grizzle I would have stopped eating. Never again, low quality meat with grizzle is not acceptable.

Good ole napkins to the rescue again.

Thank you for fixing the tables and chairs! It was nice to be able to sit and enjoy my dinner without the tables moving.

I've had five guys before (not from this location) and they're usually REALLY good. But upon opening my burger, I noticed nothing buns were SOGGY. I thought "what the heck, it could just be the outside of the buns from condensation" and NOPE. The buns were soggy all around. I even had my husband take a bite to make sure I wasn't being dramatic... I wasn't. Mind you, I put all the fixings that are typically put on cheeseburgers so this shouldn't have been as soggy as it was. Once he opened his meal, the same was found.. soggy buns and burnt fries. This was awful. I'm giving it 1 star because at least the packaging was alright and the meat inside was decent. Moving forward we will be sticking to The Habit or In-N-Out for our fast food burgers.

I just slipped very bad and caught myself on the sink in the bathroom. I told the girl mopping and left to my car. She didn't even go clean it. On my way out I told her w happened and that I was just telling her because the wrong person is going to fall and won't be as nice. IG's been almost ten minutes now I'm at my car and she STILL hasn't done a thing. I'm mind blown. I was a regional manager for 11 restaurants. I hope something done because someone will eventually get badly. The staff behind in the kitchen were great though. Happy and friendly.

There's a small kitchen area where the menu is and where you place your order. Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.

My husband and I were early for an appointment so I said please can we get a hot dog!? As we pulled up just before 11, Denise the owner was still setting up. We asked if it was a drive thru or if we park and walk up - she said we could do whatever gets us to the window. While she was setting up and taking our order she chatted with us and gave us some history. She told us she also baked cakes and brownies. We ordered 2 Chicago dogs and a frozen lemonade- which she said is from Rhode Island. Our hot dogs came with our name wrote ontop with mustard. Denise thanked us for stopping by and said as her first customer of the day, she gave us a free mini cake and brownie. She was awesome and I am glad to read below that Chilly Jillys is also in her family. We will definitely be back!

I'm so grateful to have this in Las Vegas and only wish there were more of them spread around town. I've been and had it been great and I've been and had it been borderline lousy. More often than not it's pretty good and reminiscent of what I miss from back east. The coney dog is the start here, well...maybe the chili is the star and dog is a close second. The original coney dog is chili, mustard, and onions. Nothing else. Classic, a little spicy, and the dog has natural casing so it snaps when you bite it. All of that is delivered here at American Coney Island. Sometimes to chili is a little hot and I get heartburn. Sometimes the onions are a little hot and I have onion breath the rest of the day, but more often than not it hits just right and I'm glad I went. The place isn't large. Maybe 10, small two-top tables that can be move together for larger parties. You order at the counter and find your own seat when the time comes. Generally pretty well-maintained and clean. It's open to the casino, however, and the smell of cigarette smoke wafts in and is off-putting and inescapable. That, for me, is the only drawback. Staff is friendly enough. They're not here to make friends, but they're pretty efficient.
