Apparently, QC has gone the way of the Dodo, I love the food but today the chicken had gristle in not one, but two pieces out of six and the breading was falling off and soggy. So disappointed! Still think the sauce cup size with the meal is not big enough which causes you to have to pay for more, if you praise your sauce so much give it up and increase the size. read more

I know Raising Cane's is popular, but it just didn't do it for me. The whole place revolves around their sauce--and if you're not into it, there's honestly not much left to get excited about. The chicken itself is fresh and crispy, but pretty bland without the sauce. The fries were just okay (a little soggy when asked for extra crispy), and while the Texas toast was decent, it wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the meal. Service was a bit slow, but overall the food felt really basic and overhyped. I can see why people love it if they're big on the sauce, but if you're not, it's kind of underwhelming. The chicken & fries are always fresh and perfect. The sweet tea is more consistent at this location versus other ones can tend to be to sweet or bland. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is the drive thru can be rather slow at this location. read more

This is the only Canes I've ever had cold fries from and they can't manage the drive through right. If you're going to design a two line drive through why not use it as designed? Instead you force a merge where people don't like to let people in doesn't make sense to design it like Chick-fil-a drive through and run it like a Inn and Out but not as efficient. I've also gotten a kids meal with no toy and then gone inside and it felt like it was a problem fit someone to 1st help me then 2nd find an activity book. New location on Lake Mead by the Water District. Since it's a chain, it's similar to any other Cane's location. I was visiting family so we placed a big order. We ordered the 25-finger tailgate, tray of fries, and 15 toasts. For having a big order, the food came out quick. Everything was piping hot and tasted great. read more

This is a brand new Cane's and they put it right by my house., With them and ChicFilA (both my favorite) on the same block!! It's a chickenspiracy !!! I am no stranger to Raising Cane's but I did not realize they opened a new location on Lake Mead near Water Street. This isn't far from one of the newer Chick Fil A restaurants. The two seem to be in direct competition. I like them both for different reason. I'm just glad I have both so near by. Anyhow, of course I had to check out the new Cane's location to see how it compares to the rest. Being that it is part of a chain, this Cane's is pretty much on par with all the rest as far as food goes. Service maybe a little bit better than average. Friendly people from the ones outside taking orders to those inside fulfilling them. The one thing I don't care for much here is getting out. There are two drive ways to choose from. Both exit on to Lake Mead and right near the light at Water Street. This is a near impossibility as traffic NEVER stops and people are too selfish to let you merge in. Took a while to get out. I wish they had built this place one lot over so that there could have been a drive way on the less busy Water Street. But beggars can't be choosers. read more

Ordered online with a pickup time of 5:54. Got there at 5:56 and waited. And waited. At 6:05 I asked what was going on with my order, was asked my name and was told it's coming. Another 10 minutes goes by and still no order. I ask again what's going on with my order and is told someone was working on it. Finally get me order about 6:25 which is ridiculous. The biggest issue with this location isn't even the cold food or the slow service -- it's the management. The managers are completely disengaged, unprofessional, and seem to have no idea how to lead a team. They ignore customers, stand around instead of helping when things get busy, and treat their employees poorly. You can tell the staff is unhappy -- no one looks motivated or supported. It's hard to blame them when the people in charge clearly don't care. Orders get messed up, the food comes out cold, and the whole place runs like there's zero structure or accountability. Raising Cane's usually prides itself on being efficient and upbeat, but this location has become the opposite. The management here needs to be replaced or retrained immediately, because they're dragging the entire store down. read more

I've been a BIG fan of this restaurant chain for many years. The food is consistently great and the service is always friendly but this location has a differentiator, her name is Michelle! I believe she is a shift supervisor and she exemplifies GREAT, FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is always smiling, makes it a point to greet us by name and periodically check that everything is good and ask if we need or want anything else. She calls us her regular's and we are definitely that. This location is within walking distance of our yoga class and every Tuesday it's "let's go see Michelle". She lights up the restaurant and always leaves us smiling. Thank you Michelle for just being you and for everything you do for all your customers! This place is always a miss for me. Ive ordered from here maybe three times since they've open and my order has always been wrong, chicken too dry or the fries are drenched in oil. Raising Cane's is one of a very few restraunts that adds a service fee onto your Door Dash or Grub Hub order. It is just a corporate greedy ripoff. Their prices have greatly increased and the size of their fingers have dropped. Cane's has great fingers, but, not worth all the additional charges. read more

I came through the drive thru on my way home from just getting into to town. The person who took my order was rude kept cutting us off while trying to place my order. She gave us the total before we could finish then when asked if we could get the fries well done we were met not with an ok or anything but her rudely restating the total. Once we pulled up to the window another gum smacking girl at the window opens it no greeting or anything so I asked for the name of the person who took my order was told that I couldn't get the name of the person who took my order I'm like why not as I would like to speak with a manager in regards to her behavior. She proceeds to slam the window shut and talk to another girl who was behind her, comes to the window again and states she cannot give me the girls name. I ask again why not if a manager is not on duty and I would like to make a complaint in regards to the service I received I should be able to do so. She finally comes back and rolls her eyes while saying the girls name is Kierra( ki-rah). No one wears a name badge so not sure who is who. read more

Best 100/5 stars, this restaurant provides delicious food that fills you up right away. They have excellent sauce which is way better than Chick-fil-A sauce. The Ice, this ice is the best, most crunchy, refreshing ice I've ever had. I definitely recommend Raising Canes, but they need more food options on their menus. read more

Just went to the new location with my boyfriend and the service was amazing! One of the girls up front, I believe her name was Ella had helped us out with order and she was very sweet too, it seems like she really gives it her all while being there and that's exactly the kind of attitude anyone loves to see when they're dining somewhere! Food is good as always but, it sucks that this location doesn't have the same speedy service that other locations offer. One thing is no curbside service, no pre orders while waiting in line. The app is useless because you can't order ahead and stay in your car...even through the drive-thru....it took us an incredibly long time to get our food in the drive-thru on a Sunday at 1pm. I won't be going to this location any longer...if I want to wait this long for my food, I can always head over to In-N-Out's drive-thru. read more
