We tried the red hot dog. Fresh off the grill it was super hot and with some splitting of the crispy casing. Yum. I had mine simple with mustard only. It was delicious. My son, is a heathen, he had ketchup and mustard on his red hot dog. He was blown away. The crisp casing, the off the grill heat, and super flavor made his afternoon. I think his name is Tom and he is a hoot to talk to while he's grilling your dogs. It was a neat break to have a dog and chat with this guy as a storm was threatening. Luckily the weather held and we had our dogs and got back on the road. We'll be stopping again for sure. We want to try the white dog next.
