The cashier was a Spanish-speaking individual who hadn't been there very long and had very poor dialect in English he went and approached another employee who came up and I again repeated my order. It was wrong when he he said I would read it back to you when he read it back to me from the original guy. The order was wrong when I corrected the order, he read it back to me and I said no that's still wrong . I repeated my order again. He said OK. I got it when I got my order. It was wrong again earlier in my transactions I had asked them. Do they understand the terminology that works, which means to put everything on everything I'll order a hotdog split and half on a hamburger bun with mayo on both sides, cheese, and the works, which means everything on it I'll order a double cheeseburger with the works when I got my order there was nothing on my hotdog but cabbage I mean, not cabbage, lettuce and cheese. I said this is not the works anyway I want to say that I was unhappy because I had to approach them five times to get the order of the works on the side by this time I had no appetite no desire to eat anything I had ordered a lot. The guy never asked me what size drink I wanted. He just assumed that I wanted the regular one in fact I wanted to launch I said this, he never asked me what size drink so when I got my drink went around, filled it up left got home, pulled the drink out of the cupholder. It was empty. There was a hole in the cup, which I believe that they probably put in their intentionally and everything seeped out destroying a car my paperwork everything there was nothing in that cup but ice this place is disgusting. I will never step foot in this place again. I kicked the dust off my feet the people in that restaurant are despicable . I will turn them over to the Lord and he will surely punish them because they know the way they treated me was wrong because they're attitude towards me. I could feel it. If it must be a fast food burger this is a good choice. I'm not a huge fast food fan but I ended up here because it was late, I was tired and didn't want to drive far. At this location the wait was a little longer than I expected because it was practically empty when I got there. I found that they had a lot of call in/on line orders to take care of before I got there. With that in mind they did a great job getting my food out. The staff was very friendly and my burger was really good. The fries are seriously good too. I noticed the staff was constantly wiping down counters, tables and other high touch areas so the cleanliness was beyond satisfactory. It features the white tile, the wooden chairs, the barrels of peanuts, the souped up larger than life french fries fried in peanut oil and of course... a mean mean burger. So when Five Guys would come up in conversation, there were always 2 things you hear from their patrons. "Great burgers" and "you get a LOT of french fries." So when I made my first venture in my expectations were high. Luckily for me, they were met. The place has that old diner feel. The red and white ceramic tiles were nice. The fre peanuts were an interesting touch too. I think the most interesting thing was that they are very big on letting you know where the potatoes in the fries that day are sourced from. It's almost as if you get a side of burger with your fries. The menu was simple and to the point. The staff was very nice and personable and helped me make a good first choice. I had a double bacon cheese burger and it was wonderful! Flavorful, juicy, well seasoned. The fries were great, but WAY too much and I ordered a small fry (hence the 4 star. I was looking at places to eat and was going to eat at a local place but I was in a hurry to get home so I decided Five Guys because they have an online ordering option. Ordering was easy and I was told the order will be ready by 12:03 pm. I was running late because I had to wait in line to check out of my hotel. I went in about 12:07 pm expecting my order will be ready. I know since I would be late that my order may be slightly cold but that's fine. When I got there my order still wasn't ready. I was kind of upset that it wasn't ready. I was told that they were waiting on fries but it should have been ready. I was trying to get back home as soon as I can since it was a 5 hour drive. I finally got my food, I do appreciate the fries were hot but they placed my bag over the fry station so the buns of the burger was super hot and started to get soggy. I do love me some Five Guys burgers and fries. Five Guys burgers are of the diner variety. Thin, a bit greasy, melty cheese, and delicious. They've got tons of topping options for you (I still to the classic pickles, mustard and ketchup because i'm a purist) to make the burger you want. The standard burger is actually a double (you can order a single patty burger as well). They also sell hot dogs which I tried once and thought was pretty good, but I go here for the burgers so I've never bothered with the hot dog again. Five Guys also has some pretty great fries. If you are eating alone, get the "Little" which was a nice addition to the menu. The Little is like a large anywhere else on earth. The Regular is plenty for 2 people if not 3 or 4 slightly daintier eaters. The fries are a thicker cut than any fast food joint and are just crispy enough, just greasy enough, and taste like they were once actually potatoes which, when you think about it, isn't really true of most fast food joints. They've got 2 of the Coke machines that gives you all sorts of options for adding flavors and all that jazz if the normal selection of pops on tap isn't enough for you. With two machines, there is rarely much back up (places with one are just stupid and it's always a problem). It's also always fun to watch someone use it for the first time, so bonus entertainment if you are lucky! The prices are about what you'd spend at a fast food joint for a meal, a little higher perhaps, but the result is SOOO much more satisfying and tasty. It's really no contest. It will take you a minute or two longer to get your food but not much more so. Those extra couple minutes of wait are totally worth it. To speed up the process, you can place an order online and pick the time you want it to be ready and it can be ready for you the instant you walk in the door. Handy! Basically, Five Guys is basically a fast food joint that puts other fast food chains to shame. Great burgers, great fries (and lots of them). Add on top of that, the staff here is always really welcoming and nice and they do their job with a smile. When was the last time you could say that about McDonalds or Wendy's? The five guys franchise has done very well for themselves at this location because simply put it is a clean place to eat lunch that will fill you up for the right price. I have visited this location three times since they have opened up and each time I get a hot fresh tasting meal at an affordable price. The fries are always extremely hot and well seasoned. The dining area is well maintained and the staff is polite and patient with first time visitors. A word to the wise here, don't go here unless you are hungry. So me and my family first time trying and it was not bad wish I knew the price before going I might not have went. The service was good we waited in no line but did wait about 7 to 10 mins for are food but was definitely steaming hot when got it. Got peanuts for the wait cool stuff. We only ended up with 3 burger s and a hot dog because of price which was Reduculous for what we received. I got a simple bacon cheese burger my boyfriend the same which were both about 9 a piece my daughter a small cheeseburger plain for 7 almost 8 and my son had a bacon cheese dog for around 8. I would definitely go back if there was a feel meal offered for the prices we payed for each i would even go often if it was. I've always heard soooo many good things about Five Guys and boy am I glad that I finally took the plunge and came here last night for dinner with the bf! IT WAS AMAZING!!!! Ordered a cheeseburger (which happened to include 2 patties.....definitely did not know that!!) and a soda (just because of the cool soda machine that lets you add a bunch of different flavors in there, like strawberry, lime, grape, peach) for $9. Split the small order of fries with the bf and thank goodness for that! I don't think it is possible for anyone to eat a burger AND fries in one sitting.....unless you want to be carried to your car of course ;). I definitely would come back here, but next time I might get the smaller version of my burger (which comes with just 1 patty). And the best part at 5 guys is that all of your burger toppings come FREE! So load up on as much lettuce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, hot sauce, A1 steak sauce, etc as you want! And don't feel guilty about loading up your burger because I definitely didn't :D. LOVE LOVE LOVE the fresh cut french fries. Portions are out of this world, more than you need or your heart could possibly desire. The cajun spiced fries are good but they can be a little hefty with the seasoning so I say go for the regular fries. Burgers, where to start? The endless toppings are the best part about Five Guys. Makes it super sloppy to eat but my gpa always said the sloppier your burger the better it tastes! This has always ringed true in my book. My last Five Guy burger was double cheese with mushrooms, jalapenos, double cheese, pickles, onion, tomato & lettuce with mayo, mustard and ketchup. Food is always great. Customer service not so much. No greetings when only customer in the building, no communication when waiting for my order to be taken. When you order online or via phone your order isn't ready for you when you arrive. They typically only start it when you let them know you have arrived.
