I went to Five Guys because a friend wanted to go. I had never been to one before. I was trying to watch my diet since it was a work night so I opted for the veggie sandwich. I knew what it consisted of because I checked out the menu on-line beforehand. Yes, it's a salad on a bun which is fine. I've had similar sandwiches at other places and this one was the worst. They didn't even toast the bun and the cheese was not real cheese. It's that "processed cheese food" crap. This sandwich should not even be on the menu. Please replace it with just a regular salad. Not hard to do. If you offer something on a menu, it deserves the same treatment as the other items. The most important thing about my review is about the fries. I looooove french fries and have to admit I'm kind of a snob. A good fry to me is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and doesn't leave grease in your mouth. I believe most people would agree. I was shocked at all of the accolades hanging on the wall about how awesome their fries are. Ummmmm, far from it. They were floppy and greasy. McDonald's has much better fries. The cashier was not friendly or professional. No smiles, just standing there like a big goofy zombie , expressionless and during our meal, one of the staff members slammed something (a pack of napkins or something) onto the counter, goofing off with another staff member and scared the crap out of me. Not something I like while I'm eating. The place just seemed sloppy, like nobody cared about anything. The garbage was so stuffed, the door on the bin would barely open so I could put my trash away. I would love to give their burger a chance because of what other people say, however; since their fries are lacking, I won't. You can't have a burger without good fries. I love 5 Guys. Burger was great. Only complaint was the fries. Usually you order fries, look into the bag to see the cup overflowing with fries and then you see a lot more thrown in bag. At this location the cup was 1/2 full and a little in the bag. WAAAA! give me more read more

I have only been to Five Guys a couple of times and this was the worst experience. The kid running the register and taking orders was very rude and did not listen to the orders we gave him when he was corrected with the right order he got pissed and said why did you not say that the first time. I explained we did you must not have heard us. His response was I was listing to you with much attitude he finally got it right kind of. My wife had to go back up and order more FF since he did not put the 3 we ordered the first time in the system. Will try them again but not if that kid is taking orders. read more

Yesterday on Sept 5 2014 at around 3pm, my family and I chose to eat here. There was 14 of is. The staff was very friendly. We received our food faster than we thought we would. But the thing that stands out the most was the fact that they got our order correct. Nothing was messed up. We were very impressed because it was all on one ticket. And the quality of the food was fantastic. I hope someone of importance will see this and recognize the crew that was working that day. We will definitely be back. read more

Awesome burgers, and tons of fries. Real tasty food that won't leave you wanting for more. You might eat enough to burst if you order like it was your average burger place. The free peanuts are a nice touch. Place is clean, and the service is very friendly. Downside was it cost me $11 for a double bacon cheese and fries+drink. Ouch. read more

The last time I went to Five Guys it was like it had done a 360 & turned for the worse. The burger was such a sloppy mess I could hardly eat it. It fell apart in my hands. Fries are an easy task to make & were fine. The service was HORRIBLE, the cook was too busy flirting with a street walker looking girl to cook the food or help customers. The restroom was NASTY & I had to get Sir Flirts A Lot's attention & make him get some towels for the restroom. It looked to me like a bunch of young guys who are all buddies work there together & there's no real management. I don't care if it's $2 total for the whole meal, I will never go back. I really like Five Guys - Awesome burgers, great fries, fast service, clean facility - can't ask for much more! Granted, they are expensive but, as they say, you get what you pay for. FAT JUICY TOTALLY GREASY KINDA IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT BURGER! Nice flavor and so many choices for toppings. Apparently I chose too many because I really couldn't fit the burger in my mouth. Well ok, it fit but with much difficulty and a LOT of MESS!!! The great thing is that the toppings are included. As many as you want. Just got to Five Guys in Turkey Creek. Stood in line behind one gentleman for about 8 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter and take an order. While waiting, I noticed all the floor around the cooking area was full of discarded gloves and French fries. An employee came and started to take the gentleman in front of us' order and the phone rang. Another female employee brought the cashier the phone and he started talking on the phone instead of serving us. All other employees just seemed to be laughing and talking paying no attention to what I as a customer would assume to be their job. I've been here before and never went thru this. I also went into the ladies room and the toilet was overflowing when I opened the door. Needless to say, we're disappointed and won't be back for quite a while. read more

I visit this Five Guys about once a month or so and the food is wonderful! My favorite burger in town by far. The parking is terrible and the air conditioning must be broken because it is unbearably hot inside. read more

Five Guys has huge amounts of fries when ordered. Several people could share 1 order of Fries. The burger was tasty, but not worth the price paid. Very greasy and messy. Will probably not return. I could make the same at home... read more

I placed a order a hour to hour and half by online. My husband went to pick our order up at 8:30pm. More than enough time to have our order. I understand that they cook fries and do milk shakes as soon as you arrive so your shakes do not melt and your fries aren't old. My husband arrives on the dot at 8:29pm. They have not even started our burgers. They handed him my shake. It took them over 30minutes to get our order done. When my husband got home with our order. My shake was a melted mess. They lefted out my husband's tea. Our fries were soggy. Our burgers well. Let me start that they lefted off my husband's hot peppers on his burger and they burnt the meat on my on my burger. I called the store and the night manger told me to bring my receipt back and they will give me a full refund. I go the next day and whom I assume was a manager told me that they knew nothing about the refund or the order. She went back to talk to someone, then came back and said we will give you a refund on everything but the tea. Well they was very good cause I that was the one of two things they left out of the order. Plus the young lady was very rude and had a very bad dismissive Attitude. My order total over 29.00 dollars. I do not care if we have a virus. Too many are out of work right now. So if you can not do your job right and treat the costumers right you need to find another line of work. We all flip burgers and waited on people many times on our lives to recognize poor training, poor management from ground up. This is one 5 guys burgers that is not worth your time or in need of your money. Food is overpriced and burgers are all cooked well done, I like med rare. Fries are plentiful yet greasy. A burger, fries and drink cost me over $12.00. I can get a better burger combo at McDonalds for a lot less. read more
