    I came here with one meat eater and two other vegetarians besides myself. Interesting choice, I know! Their menu is limited to just a vegetarian sandwich with grilled veggies for those who don't eat meat. I ordered that and it was just ok. The stars of the show were the milkshake and the Cajun fries. So yummy!! I would come back here just for those. Prices are a bit high for this type of fast food joint, but I guess the perk here is that all additional toppings for milkshakes and burgers are included in the price. They offer free peanuts to munch on as you wait for your food.

    Great burgers and fries. Super fast fresh yummy food all the time. It's actually worth the price and won't have you with a belly cramp all night lol. The little cheeseburger was great for me and cooked to perfection. Get it all they way, you won't be disappointed!

    Good is good and service is great. I asked for a bLT with a paddy and they did it no questions asked. The fries are great especially when they fill the bag with them

    Expensive and mediocre burgers. Not a comfortable place to dine in. Hard metal chairs.

    Well, I am genuinely irritated and frankly disgusted by the complete lack of sanitary judgment and…read moreprofessionalism we experienced at this Chick-fil-A location. To be clear, the issue was not with the drive-thru ordering process. The young lady who initially took our order was pleasant and polite. The problem began at the pickup window. My wife and I both witnessed a dark-haired female employee drop the straw for our daughter's apple juice directly onto the floor. Instead of discarding it and replacing the drink, she picked the straw back up off the ground and placed it back with the apple juice before putting it in our order. Another female employee with very short dark curly/frizzy hair then attempted to hand it to us. My wife immediately asked if they could please get a new apple juice because the straw had fallen on the floor. Rather than simply replacing it, which would have taken seconds, both employees stood off to the side chatting for a moment and then handed us back what appeared to be the exact same apple juice, seemingly trying to act as though the straw had never fallen off in the first place. The request was clearly not taken seriously whatsoever. What is most disturbing is that this was a child's drink. There was absolutely no urgency, concern, or accountability shown regarding the fact that something intended for a child had just touched a dirty restaurant floor where countless shoes walk throughout the day. No parent should have to argue with employees about basic sanitation standards. To make matters worse, when my wife called afterward to speak with management, the interaction became even more unprofessional. A very young-sounding girl answered the phone and claimed to be the manager. After the situation was explained, she abruptly hung up. When we called back immediately, she stated that a "higher-up manager" had been informed and that the employees would be given some sort of "classes." (Which the time It took to call back, she would not had time to explain the story in Detail to a manager) When asked if we could speak with that manager directly, she briefly placed us on hold and then returned sounding as though she was pretending to be someone else, now introducing herself as "Shay." The entire phone interaction felt immature, unserious, and completely lacking professionalism. What concerns me most is the overall attitude displayed throughout this entire experience. Instead of taking a very simple sanitary concern seriously, the employees seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility and being dismissive. This is the first time we have ever experienced this kind of behavior at any Chick-fil-A, which is precisely why it stood out so negatively. It leaves us wondering: if something this obvious can be handled so carelessly right in front of customers, what other unsanitary practices are being overlooked behind the scenes? We have generally had positive experiences with Chick-fil-A in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing. However, after the way this was handled from beginning to end, we no longer feel comfortable returning to this location.

It's very much open inside; there is outside seating. The FoMoCo decor is inventive and unique. The menu sports clever burger designs named for notable locals, I thought it was a nice nod. The AC was acting up; by the end of the meal we were a little moist. I'm sure it's probably already fixed. The restroom was clean, with interesting decor, worth a look. We started with two drafts and a starter order of onion rings. Beers & water arrived promptly, the onion rings shortly after. The onion rings came stacked on an oil funnel, good app-sized sharable portion, good flavor and tasted fresh. The rings came with a ketchup and a ranch sauce portion cup. Maybe try something different with the sauce, like a remoulade or whipped cherry pepper in mayonnaise. My wife was pleased with her ahi tuna bowl. I liked my veggie patty (Green Clean), but with the avocado it became a bit of a mess to eat. The included French fries are essentially perfect. We bought a take out sandwich, burnt ends on toast, it turned out to be great and a nice option. Three full meals, the app & two drafts came to about $85. The onion rings aren't a great value, we'll try something more interesting next time.. Draft prices seem ok; I'd bet there are, but didn't notice, drink specials on the bar menu. Hannah was the bright face of a well-functioning team. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and we wouldn't mind coming back. Ford's looks very competitive in this business.
