I forgot how much I really enjoy 5 guys. Where else do you get to build your own burger??? It's great! The burger wasn't as greasy as I remembered. And I was able to build a mini burger ($6something) and it filled me up. Where else do you get filled and satisfied for that price?? I love the option of sautéed mushrooms and onions. The sautéed onions were perfect. The Cajun fries really hit the spot. They have great portion sizes. I enjoyed the patty itself and enjoy its simplicity making it customizable. Just walked out of this Five Guys and I must say I am overjoyed. There was hardly a wait time, despite 12 people in front of us and a constant flow of door dashers coming in. The team displayed remarkable tact and communication as they cranked out order after order. The juiciest, flavorful burgers, with the freshest sides you could dream of. We usually eat at the Nicholasville road location almost every Saturday. This one was busier but it was Labor Day and we were out shopping. We ordered our usual little cheeseburger and regular fries and regular drinks. We sat down and waited for our burgers. Our total for 2 little cheeseburgers and 2 drinks and fries was 18.07 with tax. This was my first time stepping into a Five Guys. My boyfriend wanted to stop for something quick prior to Court Days. I ordered the cheeseburger while he ordered the bacon cheeseburger and we split a large fry. The burgers are massive!! I should have gotten the little cheeseburger but it was great nonetheless. The large fry was a large sofa cup and partial brown bag full of fresh cut fries. Very delicious and fresh but we barely made a dent. One thing I love about Five Guys is the price and the option to completely customize your meal. You can even get a lettuce wrap if you're wanting low carb!! I love that! I kind of forgotten how much I like Five Guys until one day I was looking for something at lunch. Yelp gave me the option to look for fast food, burgers, pizza lots of Asian options. That's when I saw five guys! I made a 10 minute drive over from the office and have a cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms on it. It was amazing! The restaurant was very clean. They were several different soda choices. I also enjoy that there wasn't a ton of different options on the menu. There is something appealing about a handful of options to me. The food was tasty and hot as it was made to order. The only drawback is it was about $11 for a burger fries and a soda. I guess that's for the freshness and quality and I would certainly spend that from time to time for the experience I had. I will be back for more! read more

So I have been to Five Guys in Cincinnati a couple of years ago. I thought it was ok...but nothing that great. I decided to give this one a try. Boy...am I glad I did. Five Guys is the kind of place you go when you don't want to think about the grease you're consuming, but it's oh so good! You can completely customize your burger with a wide variety of toppings, so you can get it just the way you like it. They also have smaller burgers for those of us (like me) who can't eat a burger as big as our face.
