My friend and I decided to stop in for lunch after an appointment. The drive through was consistently busy and that was around 11:30 or so. We walked in and were able to order right away. The woman at the register was friendly and greeted us right away. My friend got the fried chicken sandwich and fries. I decided on the kids meal which was a cheeseburger and fries, drink it also comes with a chocolate chip cookie. The food came out quickly and was hot . I love the brioche buns they use so buttery and soft. Even the kids meal comes with a generous amount of fries which were so good! My cheeseburger was good. You get unlimited drinks from the fountain machine. As for the restaurant itself it was clean and well lit with plenty of seating. read more

Tried the new Jaggers and wow The seasoned patties absolutely stole the show. We got the Crazy Good Cheeseburger + Green Chili Cheeseburger and both were a solid 10/10. Definitely adding this spot to the rotation! The service was pretty great, the food came out so quick, and they were busy. But they had clean tables for us to eat at. I had my first ever Jaggers experience during their grand opening, and what an opening it was! Absolutely packed with impressive service considering all new staff. Jaggers is part of the Texas Roadhouse family and has a cleaner, less greasy and more upscale fast dining experience than other fast 'elevated' burger joints. With an extensive and creative menu and a more modern and cleaner aesthetic, they stand out from their competitors. Staff is trained in a similar style to Chick-fil-A but without the rigid script. Our cashier was young and friendly, but a little alternative and he made my child's day but complementing a tshirt and engaging in a discussion on Murder Drones. (I don't understand it but 10/10 for him for navigating what was still a new system while holding a conversation AND going out of his way to ensure our order was right (both my teens manage to turn ordering a burger into a custom made-to-order experience). The banana split shake made my week - SO delicious and worth every calorie. They win against the lousiville location because I visited there later in the week and the shake was not nearly as good! Our burgers were juicy and made of quality I ingredients; the spicy chicken was SPICY and was enjoyed more that my teens go-to CFA sandwich. The sides didn't hit for us - but we are not really potato people and the Mac and cheese was weirdly seasoned for me - it had a powdery onion powder taste that I just didn't enjoy. The food itself was really good, especially the burgers and chicken - no complaints from the kids there! But the overall experience could use some improvement. The place felt a bit messy, maybe because they just opened and are still training staff. I ended up with an extra drink (Coke instead of Dr. Pepper, not the worst mistake), but I had to go inside after using the drive-thru because there were eggs on my salad, my friend got the wrong burger, and my daughter's fruit cup was swapped for tots. Fries were old and cold, and the cookies had melted. That said, the burgers were solid, and I'm hopeful they'll work out the kinks once things settle in. read more

Was lucky enough to attend the soft opening! Lots of lines and excitement for this place. Limited menu (burgers, sandwiches, salads), limited space (the dining room doesn't look that big from the outside). Took about 20 min for me to order and get my food, which wasn't bad, but I can see things being slower with milkshake orders. The grilled chicken was really good, avocado was not mushy, and the chicken was not dry. Edamame side was really flavorful and well cooked. Chicken tenders were crispy. Buffalo sauce was OK, not the favorite sauce. Fries were yummy. Strawberry lemonade was pretty good, but the original lemonade was even better. Only issue was that the lids didn't quite fit right, so half of the drinks spilled into my car. read more

8/29/25 I went to Jaggers with my husband because we wanted to try something new and I had seen a lot of foodie reviews about this spot. So We decided to go through the drive thru and ordered the double cheeseburger with fries and the sunrise burger. The sunrise burger was definitely the better choice since the egg and slice of ham gave it more flavor. The double cheeseburger was pretty underwhelming, tasted like it had no seasoning. It was not awful but it was not anything great either. Online I saw people saying it was like a mix between Chick fil A and Five Guys, but honestly both of those places are way better. I would not go out of my way to come back but it was worth trying once just for the experience. Hopefully they improve over time. read more

Ventured to the new Jaggers near Trader Joe's on opening weekend (Saturday around 7) and it was packed! I wanted to go in but there were no open parking spots so I took it as a sign that inside was crazy so I only have pics of outside. Drive thru was pretty quick. They have a double drive thru and people outside to expedite orders. I was surprised to see that making sandwiches or salads into a meal was only $3.99. The wildest part though? No upcharge for shakes to replace a regular drink! I ordered a little of everything for us: bacon cheeseburger as a meal with fries and a strawberry shake, Spicy crispy chicken sandwich, Crazy good cheeseburger as a meal with a Ghirardelli brownie shake, and 10 chicken tenders with all the sauces! Everything was decent--the bacon cheeseburger was a good size, tenders were juicy, shakes were thick but not too thick. And it was about $50 total. Overall I would go back but it wasn't the best meal I've ever had. Decent fast food option for Lexington; hope it stands out in a crowded market. read more

The ambience was good, the service was good, I just wanted a milkshake and it says on their website that they use no high fructose corn syrup but, as it turns out, they do. They use regular Hershey's chocolate sauce and the first ingredient in that is high fructose corn syrup. We went there for my birthday so it was rather disappointing. My son and husband and my son's daughter did like their food. And I did have some of the french fries and they tasted great. read more

We stumbled upon this restaurant and thought it looked new, so we decided to try it. It was actually pretty good! At plain sight we couldn't tell if they had a drive through so we headed inside. Now we know they do in fact have a drive through. It was a very clean, modern establishment with nice music playing. The employees were all very friendly and even thought they were busy inside and in the drive through, our food came out very fast. There's been such a hype created about this place in various Facebook groups, that I really wanted to try it out. Suffice to say.. it's ok. I was pretty underwhelmed by their limited menu and offerings. Maybe going there in the first few days of opening was not optimal.. faced a large lunch crowd in a pretty cramped space, but still orders were being brought out in 20-30 mins, so not bad! I tried the chicken tenders.. nothing to write home about. Fries were pretty crispy n nice. And unfortunately, the food didn't merit pics so I took none. Worst cheeseburger I ever had! Dined Saturday 7-12-26 on Richmond Rd 3 pm, the store was practically empty. Double cheeseburger, fries, lemonade. The cheeseburger was served in 2 minutes so if it was made to order as they proudly proclaimed, it was for somebody else because there is no way that you can cook a burger and fries in that amount of time. Burger tasted very peculiar and obviously had been prepared for some time. It was soggy and just had a strange taste unlike any other beef I have had. The fries had little black specks on them which I attributed to being fried in old oil. Suffice it to say I only ate a couple of fries and half the cheeseburger. Never going back! read more

Jaggers just opened up, and the food didn't really impress me. I ordered the 4-piece chicken tenders, and one of them was just two tiny pieces of breaded chicken with a little chicken inside. My friend even gave me one of her tenders. The edamame were super salty. The service is a bit slow, but that's probably because it's a new place and everyone's excited about it. They even forgot to give us one of our meals, so we went back and they apologized and gave it to us! If you're in the mood for something new, I'd recommend trying it, but maybe not during the busiest meal hours. read more

We went out for a nice Veterans dinner. We appreciated the free dinner for our dad. BUT the chicken strips and tots were so spicy we could not even eat them. They were so hot my husband got a choking spell from them. WHY can restaurants not understand that you can ADD spice after it is cooked but you can't take it off. Not everyone can handle to hot spicy food. We won't be back. As a side note, service was fine. Counter person had no clue what was going on with Veterans dinners so had to ask. Manager seemed nice asking about our sauces and such. BUT the food is way tooo SPICY. Perhaps instead of cooking the spicy stuff in the same oils as the non they could try cooking fries and tots and non-spicy in another oil bath. read more

It's another burger joint, nothing bad nothing great albeit ole chic fil a could learn something from the efficient drive thru maybe don't do cash transactions when you order... this place cost as much as TR not much less but I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area, wouldn't make a special day trip! Sweet tea is good it's not super sweet and the burgers are fresh made at least mine was didn't seem like they were setting in a warming tray.
