Best Zaxby that I've been too so far in Lexington the food was fresh the service was fast the costumer service was nice as well ! So yes I will be returning to this location the one on New Circle sucks oh and I forgot to mention the fires were nice and seasoned

What I got for lunch. $13.55 worth of food.

You know, they have chicken wings and chicken tenders and super sized chicken salads. I wouldn't eat this over Popeyes, nor KFC nor Raising Canes. I'm not from here so I gave them a try, not all that. I wouldn't come back on my own free will but if someone was buying, I guess you had me and Free99 but I'd pressure them to go somewhere else. Boneless wings were, not better than the stuff you get at Walmart and they were pretty light on the sauce as well. Chicken tenders seems pretty dark, maybe they needed to swap that grease out. I'll give them this, they have much nicer seating instead over most fast food spots. That's it.

I have an unhealthy obsession with Zaxby's. Since we do not have them in NJ (yet), I make it a point to have a Zaxby's snack plate whenever I am in NC (which is the furthest south my region goes). Well, today, I was on my way to the airport in Lexington, KY and what do my weary eyes see, but a Zaxby's sign. I pulled in and they did not disappoint. The grease they were frying in might have just been on the edge of turning, but it was still tasty and hot. Even better, they got all my special orders correct - nice work!

Zaxby's is pretty good, they have a lot of flavors of wings like a regular restaurant would...bbq, honey mustard, honey bbq. Crinkle-cut fries are always a plus in my book, and these were perfectly golden and had a good seasoning salt on them. They also have very good sandwiches and salads as well. My favorite sandwich is the Cajun Club. Blackened chicken, bacon, Ranch, green leaf lettuce, tomato and American cheese on a toasted bun. Yum. Salad wise, I would go with the Blue, Mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots, roma tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, fried onions, and choice of buffalo or blackened chicken, with Texas toast.

Drink machine is always broken, and they didn't include any sauces in my order. Would advise other locations.

There is the ordering line and just a headed up they don't serve meat products. All dishes are vegetarian. You get to select 2 from the list for a meal ( as they are smaller portions ). They have some great dishes and savory tastes. They have beer and wines available; nice selection but not abundant- but when you have good selection in the first place you only need a smaller list. The hummus appetizer is awesome and great with the focaccia bread but I'd get at least a double portion bread right away. The porter was very good! If you're in Lexington stop here for the experience and some good food and drink!

The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Especially for the hype and the line you wait in. Service is okay, kind of friendly and was incredibly slow to get food out. After waiting for 20-25 minutes we stood by the kitchen window to wait for our food to come up, we overheard people coming to pick up food and being told they were out of items they ordered and to choose something else... from the already VERY LIMITED menu. I was struck that they were allowing orders to go through for items they didn't have.. Anyways, the couscous salad was great. The lox and kohlrabi salad was mid with soggy bread. The pretzel was decent. Seating in the garden was viby - I'm assuming this is why everyone hypes this place up. Overall very pretentious. Walking around the greenhouse and seeing the plant prices is LAUGHABLE. As a gardener, these prices are insane and you can certainly find great plants at a much better price elsewhere. Again, pretentious. I've experienced their garden seating so I don't think I need to go back when visiting Lexington.

We also had coffees (regular drip for me and an iced latte for him). And I also tried the key lime gimlet. It's made with Castle & Key gin which is a favorite of mine. Ambience was very nice and the food was delicious. I asked for a side of bacon. I am very particular about my bacon and it came out cooked perfectly, crispy but not burnt. Service was fantastic and pleasant. The only criticism I had is that the red onion in my omelet was bitter. But no one's fault, sometimes onions are very astringent. Everything else was delicious and well made. Oh and we got the house made cinnamon roll for the table. This was delicious. So buttery and gooey with cinnamon. We will be back, maybe for dinner to try their dinner menu!

It's enormous (easily shareable between 6+ people) and absolutely delicious. The Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was a close second at 9/10, a great classic executed really well. The Banana Bread Latte was an 8/10 -- very good but ask for it less sweet. The Iced Cinnamon Bun Latte and Eggs in Heaven both landed at 6/10. The latte sounds incredible on paper but the cinnamon bun flavor didn't quite come through, and while the Eggs in Heaven dish itself is a good concept, my eggs were unfortunately not cooked to my liking. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying our breakfast! Service was good, a little slow but they were very friendly! Overall a great spot with a lot of potential -- the pastry alone is worth the trip. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

My wife and I went last month on a whim as we were in the area (it's a bit of a drive for us) and ran into 4 people we knew on a Thursday night. It's a small dive of a place, so that was 10% of the crowd. I've been several times for lunch but this was my first dinner. They have a standard menu with a good bit of variety and a lot of great desserts. But, they also have daily specials. For my lunch visits, there are usually 5-8 options and when they're gone, that's it. For dinner... I swear there were 25 options handwritten on the damn chalkboard. It was insane. What do I get!? I got the frog legs. My wife got the standard menu cheeseburger. Both as delicious as the fish platter, the open faced roast beef, and every other thing I've gotten here.
