I stopped by on Saturday my with my man to grab a bite at 5 guys we haven't been in a while and decided to stop by. I got the Bacon Burger and my man got the Bacon Cheeseburger and we got an order of the large cajun fries it is a big portion for the fries it is about 1 pound of fries lol! We were greeted as soon as we walked in by everyone! They were super friendly. The ambiance in here was nice and clean! Love the pictures and reviews they have posted everywhere, super cool! Located at the San Norterra Shopping Center, about a dozen businesses away from Harkins movies. Placed my order for a cheeseburger, small fries and fountain drink. Waited probably 5 minutes and food tasted fantastic. This is top notch quality when you don't want just any burger. This place serves excellent burgers. Fries are made fresh from real potatoes they cut in house. I've been here a few times and they are consistently great quality and even superb customer service. I love the fountain drinks, a great selection of sugar free options that you don't find often. Highly recommended!! read more

Five Guys focuses on fresh ingredients; they apparently don't have a freezer and no cholesterol in their fries. It's important to note that a Little Hamburger is one meat patty and a regular hamburger is 2 meat patties. They really should change the naming convention; even my receipt says "1 patty" rather than "Little." You can customize your burger with a bunch of ingredients; I wish they didn't list the ingredients twice on their menu as that's just plain redundant. These ingredients include the usual such as lettuce, mayo, onions, ketchup, and tomatoes. They also offer addon's such as jalepeno peppers, grilled mushrooms, and mustard. I ordered a little cheeseburger and a little fries. I was pleasantly surprised by the surplus of fries they gave me; it was pretty much ordering a large fries at any other fast food place. The biggest downfall of this place is the expensive costs. These two items cost me $15.51; which is basically 25%-50% more than what you would pay at another fast food joint. However, I was glad to know that 95% of my meal made me full so they did give a bunch of food. read more

I called the restaurant and the young lady on the phone was rude and told me they gave my food to the wrong driver and then refused to remake it because DoorDash didn't go through the proper channels to contact them. All I have to say about this place is one word, fries! Where do you order an order of large fries and you wind up getting the equivalent of six orders of large fries in the bag in addition to a large cup full of fries? In addition, the fries are twice cooked and in peanut oil which gives them a great crunch on the outside and a yummy mashed potato like flavor on the inside. They are some of the pest fries I've ever had. The burger was nice and juicy and fresh. I had a mushroom burger with grilled onions and American cheese and mayo. The chocolate shake was fine but I think they're going to give you a little bit more for the price. Five Guys is a bit pricey but you're getting a lot better quality than you would have Burger King or McDonald's. Also, the service was a bit suspected who were the only people in the restaurant at the time and it took about 10 minutes to get her order done which was kind of weird but was worth the wait because the food was really good. read more

Took all my kids here to have lunch & two of the kids ordered milkshakes. The food is always great at any of the locations, it's just the service & wait times that very. This location is pretty new to the area & is staffed fairly well. The lower star rating is based on the milkshakes. So, I am super picky with milkshakes & one of my kids let me try a sip of the chocolate shake they got. I was hoping the shake would be amazing, but it wasn't! The chocolate milkshake tasted more like cocoa powder than authentic milkshake- I will not be getting milkshakes here again. The rest of the food was great, of course. read more

I've wanted to try this restaurant as the kids have spoken highly of it. The quality of our food was poor. The burgers were overly greasy. (Nothing a quick press and drain wouldn't have helped.) The service was slow. The restaurant poor seating for small children. We were almost forced to sit at a "high top". There were not many people in the restaurant, but they were scattered. (Still the high chair wouldn't have made it to the top of the "high too" table and it was much too chilly outside.) The cost is outrageous for the overall experience and quality of food. Five Guys is an overrated and overprice burger joint that doesn't live up to the hype that they market themselves. The burger is very tasteless and bland considering its high price tag but the fries are the only thing that carries this restaurant. On top to with the managers and employees looking like that they don't want to be at their job at all. That what happens when you hire micromanagers in your establishments resulting into a lackluster experience for the customers. Do your wallet a flavor and use the $20 to cook a better burger for your pleasure. read more

Went to the 5 Guys at Norterra for the first time. Same 5 Guys quality as always so you can count on that. What I was disappointed with was the fact that we always upgrade our fries order because I share them with my wife. This time we only received the cup of fries with only a few in the bottom of the bag. I picked up an online order and drove 15 minutes home. When I arrived home, I realized they forgot an entire burger. When I called the store, the person calling was pretty rude and said I needed to go online to request a refund. Initially, they did not even offer to make the missing hamburger, but he finally did after yelling back and forth between the worker who I was speaking to and the manager. They did not apologize a single time even when I said I was upset because I live over 15 mins away and to go back was an extra 30 mins of driving. I had a horrible experience at this location. It seems like a bunch of kids that don't care working here and i will never be coming back and telling everyone i know the same thing. This is the first time I've ever left a review for any business. I was looking for somewhere to grab lunch before work that offered curbside pickup, I chose five guys this location because it did offer curbside pickup and close to my parents house where I was dropping off my baby before work and my baby had been sleeping in the car and if you have kids you know that you don't want to wake up a sleeping baby, this is the whole reason why i went somewhere where they had curbside pickup so i didn't have to wake up my baby just to pickup food. When ordering my food it was very clear that it was curbside they asked me the make model and color of my car and stated that they will bring the food out to me when i arrived. Once i arrived i parked at the front and said i'm here, I then called them to make sure i was parked in the right spot and the girl told me that i need to park right in front of the store and turn on my hazard lights and they will bring it out to me so i drove around and reparked where she told me to, then i called and said i was there and she told me they don't do curbside pickup and i had to come inside to get my food. I was upset by this but clearly nothing i can do about it at this point and had to park a lot farther, wake up my baby and go inside to get my order making me late for work because of all the reparking and my baby was upset the whole rest of the ride since i had to wake him up to bring him inside and the receipt on my order literally said CURBSIDE. I have no idea what's going on here but that was a horrible experience and my fries were cold as well. I will never be coming back and so upset with this experience. Don't offer curbside pickup if you don't do it!!! read more
