Five Guys focuses on fresh ingredients; they apparently don't have a freezer and no cholesterol in their fries. It's important to note that a Little Hamburger is one meat patty and a regular hamburger is 2 meat patties. They really should change the naming convention; even my receipt says "1 patty" rather than "Little." You can customize your burger with a bunch of ingredients; I wish they didn't list the ingredients twice on their menu as that's just plain redundant. These ingredients include the usual such as lettuce, mayo, onions, ketchup, and tomatoes. They also offer addon's such as jalepeno peppers, grilled mushrooms, and mustard. I ordered a little cheeseburger and a little fries. I was pleasantly surprised by the surplus of fries they gave me; it was pretty much ordering a large fries at any other fast food place. The biggest downfall of this place is the expensive costs. These two items cost me $15.51; which is basically 25%-50% more than what you would pay at another fast food joint. However, I was glad to know that 95% of my meal made me full so they did give a bunch of food.

Our experience at this location was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the French fries were perfectly crispy--just the way we like them.

All I have to say about this place is one word, fries! Where do you order an order of large fries and you wind up getting the equivalent of six orders of large fries in the bag in addition to a large cup full of fries? In addition, the fries are twice cooked and in peanut oil which gives them a great crunch on the outside and a yummy mashed potato like flavor on the inside. They are some of the pest fries I've ever had. The burger was nice and juicy and fresh. I had a mushroom burger with grilled onions and American cheese and mayo. The chocolate shake was fine but I think they're going to give you a little bit more for the price. Five Guys is a bit pricey but you're getting a lot better quality than you would have Burger King or McDonald's. Also, the service was a bit suspected who were the only people in the restaurant at the time and it took about 10 minutes to get her order done which was kind of weird but was worth the wait because the food was really good.

This is probably one of the worst five guys berger ever it was a mixture of crunchy and watery. I was going to take it back, but the store was closed over all the management and staff were good but the price you need to take them down

Took all my kids here to have lunch & two of the kids ordered milkshakes. The food is always great at any of the locations, it's just the service & wait times that very. This location is pretty new to the area & is staffed fairly well. The lower star rating is based on the milkshakes. So, I am super picky with milkshakes & one of my kids let me try a sip of the chocolate shake they got. I was hoping the shake would be amazing, but it wasn't! The chocolate milkshake tasted more like cocoa powder than authentic milkshake- I will not be getting milkshakes here again. The rest of the food was great, of course.

Five Guys is so much better than In n out. Food is fresh and the French fries don't taste like dry cardboard.

Food was good as always. This store is very clean. Plus, the amount of fries lived up to their reputation.

Good Burger but why 5 bucks for fires. Clean and very cold indoor seating. Glad your open but 5 bucks for fries is silly.

Phoenix isn't exactly known for its seafood, so we had to do some digging to find a good dinner…read morespot. After researching local recommendations, we came across this place and were immediately intrigued. Lobster rolls for under $20? That's almost unheard of these days! We decided to take a chance, and I'm glad we did. This is definitely a unique concept. Orders are placed online or through the drive-thru kiosk, and everything is cashless--you simply tap your card to pay. There isn't a dining room or seating area, so it's more of a grab-and-go experience. We ordered the warm lobster rolls with butter, and they did not disappoint. The butter comes conveniently packaged on the side, making it easy to spread over the roll. The lobster was flavorful, the roll was delicious, and the value for the price was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately told our family members who live in the area that they needed to check it out for themselves. If you're looking for a tasty lobster roll without spending a fortune, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

Staying at hotel next to this place, always a long line most of the days. Decided I had to try it…read moreout. I'm so disappointed in the portion size. I just paid $22.99 for a jumbo size lobster roll. What i got was a wad of lobster in a texas toast folded in half. This is ridiculous. I really thought they messed up and gave me a regular size or even small. Went back to the walk up window and asked if this was right and they confirmed it was right. The girl confirmed she weighed it out to 5.5 oz. Pictures below. Oh year I put the key fob in the tray so you can see how small the sandwich is as a reference. I was expecting a meal, got myself an expensive appetizer, Next time i'll go to jimmy johns and have a giant sandwhich for the same price. That will last me two meals. Can cross this off my list.
