    Burgers and fries

Parking is plentiful and easy to access. The restaurant itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with employees always nearby to handle spills or messes quickly. The ambiance is exactly what you'd hope for--bright, welcoming, and buzzing with energy. The red-and-white color scheme feels nostalgic and cheerful, and the open kitchen gives you a peek at the fast-paced action behind the scenes. As for the food--always fresh and delicious. Crisp vegetables, tender meat, and soft buns make every bite worth it. Fries are perfectly cooked--if you like them extra crispy, just ask for "wellies." The animal-style fries are an upcharge, but absolutely worth it. Anything with their signature spread is a treat. There was a brief incident with another customer who was using hateful language, but management handled it swiftly and professionally. The woman received her food and was quietly escorted out without further disruption. Great job, team, for staying calm and respectful throughout. For the price, In-N-Out is hard to beat. You get consistent, high-quality food at a great value. And as a fun bonus, free stickers were being handed out during our visit--we were lucky enough to snag a few!

I don't think it's the best tasting burgers and fries in the world, by any means. But the freshness and the price, can't be beaten imo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all looked like they enjoyed working there. We just did the drive thru so I can't say too much on ambiance but from what I saw from the outside in, I love the classic burger joint vibe. It's so retro, very cute.

    Protein style double double

If you ever feel like having a burger without the guilt, this is your jam. I always ask for protein style hamburger, cheeseburger, or double double. With inflation, this meal still is the best bang for your buck. My favorite thing to order is the protein style double double with extra lettuce, tomatoes, whole grilled onions, and pickles. Yes, you can ask for pickles and they elevate the taste 10 fold. It's cold, crunchy, and fresh. The fries are a must as well. Pretty solid. The food has tasted the same for me for over 30 years. I used to live by an In-n-Out way back when. Overall, it cannot be beat for the quality, taste, and value.

I don't understand the hype. Food was cold, fries tasted stale and cold. McDonald's is better.

Fast service, great food, friendly workers. Only one negative: the acoustics in these shops are bad---the noise levels are deafening.

I would prefer to dine out as the burger would be more fresh. A 15 minute dive can lower the quality of the sandwich especially if the bun doesn't stand up. However the burger did fine. Overall this beats any of the chain burgers. It was seasoned well. Was it a knock your socks off burger. No. But I'd give it a 7.5-8 out 10. I'll be back to try out the other burgers.

He had a good laugh saying it was nothing like it would be in PA since it wasn't with the kind of cheese they use and it had mushrooms. I wasn't expecting mushrooms either since I didn't see that listed, but I love mushrooms, so it was a nice surprise for me but would be a bad surprise if someone didn't like them! We sat outside but the traffic on 99th made it hard to converse. Maybe a little privacy fence/sound barrier could make it more pleasant. Friends ordered the regular burgers and said they were fine, but were off put that combos substantially more. All of us would have preferred paper over plastic cups, but were pleased at the paper liner and reusable basket since that's the minimal waste and no-plastic/styrofoam we prefer, so 3 cheers there.

The Rueben was good, no "wow factor" but still a good Reuben. My husband got the chopped cheese sandwich, he said it was the same .. good but no "wow" .. both our fries were extremely soggy. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Downstairs host was nice, asked if we wanted to eat upstairs or down. We decided upstairs. They just told us to head up and talk with the host. We went up. Someone from the bar did shout hi! There was no host seen. There was a handful of workers chatting at the bar even the downstairs host came up and walked by us to join the group chatting. Upstairs had 2 tables of 6-10 people, a handful of small parties outside. We stood there for 4-5 minutes before someone in a St. Patrick's day outfit running food said someone would be with us shortly. Waited another few minutes before the host emerged from the bathroom and sat us. Both my husband and I waited tables and I bartended before (10 years experience). We have a lot of patience and understanding. We were sat and not immediately greeted but a woman came up and quickly dropped water off. Her body language was dismissive and only said just "dropping off water". I really thought it might have been another host or busser, that was tired of getting mistaken for a sever. I brushed it off. We waited so much longer before our server (happened to be the same girl that dropped off the water) came back to take our drink order. She was cold and didn't make eye contact. She was very short with us. Left to put the drink order in. She did bring the kids their soft drinks, but again with an attitude. It was as if we were ruining her day by coming in. 10 min went by. In that time, we saw her walk by and again avoid eye contact. Not even a "your bar drinks are being made", or "I am just going to run these dishes back and come back to take your order. " A really nice bartender came back and started talking with us about baseball because we were coming from a spring training game. After waiting longer and still no sign our server was going to come back in a timely manner, I told my husband, that I would rather leave now and not let this server ruin our experience. There are plenty of places around that I would rather give my money too and they will treat us better. We left, on our way out we did let a manager know. They did apologized and asked where we were sitting. Two stars for the nice female bartender that was decked out in St. Patrick's day attire upstairs. Rating is strictly for service because we didn't get to try anything. I am willing to give this place another try. I will update my review if we do.
